A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) Apartment completely renovated with southwest orientation, bright and with a large terrace to enjoy the good weather. It is surrounded by community pools and golf courses. A quiet and secluded area of the city but close to the general road to reach Puerto Banús or Marbella in 10/15 min. It has a bedroom connected to the terrace, a spacious living room, a very spacious kitchen and a cozy bathroom. Also how much with community security throughout the urbanization.
