We recently stayed at a rental place in Baguio and had a lovely experience overall. The unit had a cozy and homey vibe that made us feel right at home. It's a great spot for families, with a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable furnishings that are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. That said, one important thing to note is that the unit is located on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator access. While this wasn't a problem for us, it might be challenging for families with senior citizens or those who have mobility concerns. Overall, it's a warm, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Just make sure to consider the stairs if you’re traveling with elderly loved ones.

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

Sir John's place was very, very clean and very relaxing. The place is easy to find, and kitchen utensils and everything you need are here. Thanks to Kuya Aman because he's replying immediately and greeted us on our arrival. Though we asked Sir John if we could check in early, there was no response at all. But we arrived late, and it's okay. Overall, we had a great stay, and we'd definitely go back to his place.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay here again!

About our 3 days and 2 nights stay, the place smells so so good. As kuya opens the door for us the smell of the home was the first one we noticed then how tidy living room and kitchen is, up until to every rooms. Having CR on every floor is a small detail of the house but will be really appreciated. The soap and shampoo provided is not just your ordinary inclusions, even beat a 5-star hotel in providing a good scented soap and shampoo!

This place is just the perfect booking for your baguio staycation. Genalyn is such an accomodating and generous host. The house has this amazing view from the living area that will make your stay extra special. The unit is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your own food. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and serene. Since there was no guest after my booking, they even allowed me to stay as much as i needed to. Mark, the caretaker, is a smart young guy who will make you feel more at home. If you’re still hesitating to book, this is simply the place. Look no further!

We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

the place was very quiet. perfect escape from a busy and complicated life. the host and the staff were very responsive and helpful. there is no wifi access in the area so if your plan is to meditate and relax, it is the perfect spot! the place was very clean and as described. i am very grateful for the warm welcome and excellent customer service. thank you, Ella and team!

kaith‘s Corner is very cozy, spacious and it felt like home.. we had a minor Problem but the host‘s are friendly and Good people, i would always choose a place where respect and kindness are felt and seen.. This place is the best AirBnB place I’ve ever stayed at in the past almost one decade of using this service. It is worth the price we paid and even more! It was worth being disconnected from the bustling and urban world. We even hiked near the area and had to feast over the scenic views of the place. The place itself has a lot of ammenities and I personally was obsessed with the kitchen. Ma’am Angelica was also super nice and made sure we were okay throughout. Ate April was also too. It was a bit of a travel to get there via the 4x4, but it is worth it. Would def come back <3

It was a good place to stay especially if you have a car as there is a designated parking slot. Place was clean. Bren proactively communicated so there was no need to ask. Looking forward to staying again in your place in our next Baguio trip. 🙂

Stays by Tony is such a great place for families or large group to stay, though we had difficulties to go up to the unit because we are accompanied by a PWD and a senior citizen. It is what it is as being described at the photos given. It has such a nice city view especially at night. The host is responsive and we feel the kindness though we have not met in person because he made ways to communicate about the things we might left behind upon check out and even suggested to have it delivered.

The place is so peaceful, spacious and also pet friendly. The guards are also very friendly. It’s the ideal place if you have a private car to go around baguio, since it’s hard to get a taxi/grab taxi. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitey come back.

The place was perfect for our big family—very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. In fact, we didn’t even get to use all the rooms because each one already had multiple beds, which was more than enough for us. The admin was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our stay even more convenient. We also accidentally misplaced the keys at first, but she was so understanding and didn’t even ask us to pay for them—thankfully, we found them in the end! The caretakers were also great—very responsive and quick to assist, even just over text. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back next time. 😊

We had an awesome stay at Nakpil House! The place was super clean and cozy it really felt like home, which made it easy for our big family to relax. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions, which we truly appreciated. Lucy was also very helpful during our stay and easy to talk to. We really loved the open space it was perfect for bonding and relaxing. The architecture gave the house a unique vibe and made it extra special. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dishwasher was super useful, especially for a large group like ours. The location was great too very close to SM and the city proper, so everything was convenient. Highly recommended for big families, and we’ll definitely rebook again!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

We had an excellent experience at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive. The space was cozy and well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! Great location, quiet, safe, and close to restaurants and shops. We'll definitely stay here again!
