Great cabin near the sea. Very child friendly plot.

Nice cottage on large, snug and child friendly plot with sun every hour of the day. The cottage has been substantially refurbished in recent years, with a new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright, pleasant bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cottage has a large veranda with several seating groups. It is of course lovely to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well isolated, with wood firing as well as a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option in autumn and winter as well.

Hytta har tre soverom, to med dobbeltseng og et med familiekøye for tre. Åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Ingen oppvaskmaskin, men en fantastisk utsikt mens du gjør jobben. Bad med dusj, toalett og vaskemaskin. Fine uteplasser med spisegrupper, sofagruppe og gassgrill. Hytta ligger ca 150 m fra parkering og en sti tar deg til bademuligheter på ca 7 min.

Koselig hus med god atmosfære og alle fasiliteter i landlige Torsnes. Det er egen parkeringsplass med el-bil lader. Lading av bil er inkludert i leien, du må ha med egen ladekabel. Herfra bruker du 10 min til Gamlebyen, 15 min til Fredrikstad sentrum og 25min til Svinesund. Det er kort vei til badeplasser og campingplass og nærbutikken ligger bare en 10-minutters gåtur unna. Huset er fra 1850 og er totalrenovert i 2022. Verandaen er perfekt for sene sommerkvelder, usjenert og med nydelig utsikt
