Appartement 'Manggeihütte Top 1' is een ruim appartement in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Het appartement heeft een ruime woonkamer met een slaapbank, open keuken en balkon op het zuiden. Op dezelfde verdieping vind je een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer met douche en toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoendrogers. Er is ook een wasruimte en een sauna, waar in overleg gebruik van gemaakt kan worden. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.
