100 sqm house built in 2018, located in a quiet and clean area, near the beach. The house consists of: ✓ a large Moroccan living room with TV, ✓ a master bedroom with queen size bed, large closet and desk, ✓ a secondary bedroom with closet, ✓ a hall with separate shower and toilet, ✓ a kitchen equipped with fridge and stove, ✓ and a large sunny terrace with washing machine area. Very nice villa, huge, in the heart of a perfectly secure residence, with all the amenities so you can dream to have a pleasant stay in Saïdia (large pool in the sun, great veranda, table tennis table, pleasant terrace on the first). Very beautiful and clean rooms, and rest of the house perfectly functional. Two minutes' walk to an almost private beach, very nice to be able to go back to the beach-house, and not very popular, very appreciable when you know the crowded beaches of Saïdia. Yasmine and her mom were perfect and welcoming, very accommodating in terms of schedules. Thanks to them!! Only negative point to note, quite far from the city center, but no problem if you are by car (10 minutes). The advantage is that it is very quiet at night.

Marina Tamaris Residence, Luxury Villa, Pools

Flawless accommodation, beautiful duplex villa, view of the pool, secure place, quiet, peaceful and very well kept. We really enjoyed our little time with the family. Really nicer than the photos. Check-in and checkout times are very flexible. I highly recommend imane was available throughout the stay.
