Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

This was all we needed for two days at the beach. It was just right. Just cross the street and we were on the boardwalk and the beach. Parking was great! We walked everywhere. A very cozy home. I recommend it highly!

Angela’s place was super cute, comfortable and relaxing! Angela made us feel at home and was easy to communicate with. My husband was over the moon watching the boats, wave runners and a lovely little family of swans on the canal. We found some great restaurants near the rental. Ship Bottom Beach and all it has to offer was just over the bridge, easy peasy! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway at Angela’s place!

Daniel’s place was great! Short walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and bars and the beach was only a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Asbury Park or Ocean Grove

Wendy’s place was amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time. Wendy was always responsive and even lent us some supplies we forgot to pack which was super helpful! The house and backyard were beautiful, the view from the patio was to die for, and the fire pit was so nice to have at night. I can’t recommend booking with Wendy enough, we will definitely be back!

Brian & Emily were extremely attentive, accommodating and friendly! The place was so cute & felt spacious. The beaches were wonderful and clean, with a very short walk to get to the boardwalk that’s filled with restaurants and fun for all ages. We had a great family vacation!

Heather is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. Her home is charming, clean and neat. The kitchen is appropriately stocked. Furniture, including the beds, is clean and comfortable. We stayed while attending a wedding at LBI golf club. LBI is a quick 10-15 minutes drive, very convenient if you’re a golfer! I highly recommend Heather’s place.

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

My friends and I had an incredible time. The house is exactly as listed and made us feel right at home upon arrival. Maneesh was extremely friendly and responsive, even taking time to contact me personally on the first night of our stay to make sure I’d reach out in case of any questions. The outdoor area is wonderful with a peaceful dock and a beautiful lakeside view and a great hot tub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

Perfect in every way! Staying at Ricky’s place has become an annual event. We very much appreciate our good fortune to be able to stay at this wonderful house in Barnegat Light LBI.

Home was spacious and immaculate. The game room was a huge hit being we had a rainy weekend. The hot tub was larger than we expected and kept very prestigious. Would definitely book here again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway . If the boardwalk isn’t for you there is plenty to do here from game room, hot tub, fire pit for s’mores, bbq, and a table for a nice family dinner.

My family absolutely loved this place. It's in a lively location, within walking distance to everything- the beach, boardwalk, and all the great places to eat! The space was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely book this place again.

Overall - A Great Place Ideal Location, peaceful and relaxing, a short walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Just like the photos, upscale look, pleasantly decorated. Very Clean and well appointed, linens, towels, extra blankets and trow blankets, kitchenware. beach chairs and umbrella. All appliances and in good working condition Secure building and assigned parking. Highly Recommended.

Great stay with the kids. They loved the pools and the short walk to the boardwalk. I’m grateful they provided linens but I would’ve preferred to know they were disposable as they weren’t very comfortable and next time I’ll know to bring my own. I’m just picky in that way though. The place was great and spacious and provided a great family vacation.

Niki's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was beautiful. Niki had most of what we needed for the beach, which was so helpful: chairs and umbrellas. The house had all we needed to make meals at home and was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The master bedroom's bed was exceptionally comfortable. Niki was great at communicating and helping us troubleshoot the TV when we couldn't turn it on. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Myra was incredibly helpful leading up to my stay, allowing for an early check in and clear instructions on how to access the unit.
