Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). A place to arrive, find inner peace, but also good for the workflow. Here you are a guest in the former vicarage in Parstein. Many houses have a price, this one has historical value. Experience nature up close, in the approximately 2000 square meter garden, or in the area around the Parsteinsee and on the Oder in the national park 'Lower Oder Valley'. Homemade bread and local produce are served for breakfast. Dinner can be booked separately.
