“Silvia surely deserves the Super Host title, any questions or assistance was offered immediately, lovely lady. The view was incredible and sweet Lola (family dog) was a joy to meet. We stayed here for a month and it was wonderful. Very clean, bright, cozy, felt just like home, has everything you require, especially if you plan to cook.. This is the perfect location: 2 buses that will take you into Hamilton or the Naval Dockyard and make other connections at the main bus depot in Hamilton. The Fairmont is barely 5 min away and is a beautiful hotel to have a drink, meal or go to the Sports Bar in the evening. The hotel also leads to Horseshoe Bay which is a beautiful beach to spend some time, the water is a little cool in February but some bathers jumped right in. You can take the bus to the Supermarket but we usually walked the railway trail, took about 25min one way. The Market Place grocery store has everything you will need, there is also a lovely bakery on the premises. Gibbs Lighthouse is a 5 min walk from the apt. and also leads to Henry VIII restaurant (delicious) where there is a store next door called The Pantry, you can pick up wine, alcohol, juice, milk, snacks, etc. There are so many things to do in Bermuda, make sure you check on line the Bermuda Calendar where they offer tourists some historical events at no cost and the guides are very knowledgeable. Bermuda is so beautiful and the people are very friendly, it is my favorite country to visit.”
'Neston' is on 2 acres of property, located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood. Enjoy the Beautiful Views of Harrington Sound one of the most Beautiful inlets in Bermuda. The property has access to a private dock where you could swim and use the Kayaks.
“The pictures do not do justice to this place! It’s absolutely beautiful here. Calming, relaxing, a place where you can find yourself again. Whether you just want to hang here and enjoy the view or walk the 10 minutes to catch the bus , you will never be disappointed. This place is centralized to either go into Hamilton or my favourite place ever, Saint George. The grocery store and restaurants are all walking distance. And Shell Bay beach is only a 20 minute walk from here. Wayne’s responses to my questions were very prompt and he made it clear that if I needed him to just give him a call. I highly recommend this place you will never be disappointed. Thank you Wayne for making my vacation an experience I will never forget!”

“We really enjoyed our stay in Lana’s place. Lana made us feel welcome and offered lots of helpful tips starting with transport from the airport to local activities to check out and places to eat. She also checked in with us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, which was very thoughtful. The flat is in a great location if you want to be in the middle of the main island with easy access everywhere. The Darrel’s Wharf ferry stop is a 3 min walk from the house and the ferry will take you directly into downtown Hamilton in 15 mins or so. The famous Horseshoe Beach and other lovely beaches on the south side are a 15 min drive away and there is also a bus stop that is walking distance from the house. We rented a Twizy because the house has a charger and a parking spot (so rare in Bermuda!), which was very convenient and we’re there for able to drive all around Bermuda. Generally, if you are comfortable driving on the left side of the road, I would recommend renting a Twizy as it is by far the most efficient and affordable way to get around the island and be able to visit everything from the Dockyard through the beaches to St. George’s. The flat itself is a one bedroom unit that is part of a larger house which contains two other units that are being rented out. The flat is on the lower level to the left and has its own garden/patio area with plenty of sitting and sunbathing space and garden furniture. We loved having our breakfast there every day. The other guests at the house were very quiet and if we hadn’t run into them our first evening, we wouldn’t have known there was anyone else in the house - the walls are thick and insulate noise well. Because the flat is on the lower level, the walls keep the heat out and there are plenty of windows to allow for air circulation. We therefore barely used the AC, but when we did, it worked very well and cooled down the bedroom in a matter of minutes. The flat has a spacious bedroom with a large queen size bed, which I found very comfortable (it is on the softer side). The bedroom also has a large TV (which we didn’t get to use but which might be handy on a rainy day) and two big closets with plenty of shelf space, hangers and hanging space, an ironing board and an iron. There is a writing desk with a chair and two lovely bedside dressers with additional storage space. There is also a pull out couch in the living room/kitchen area, which we didn’t use as it was only two of us but which would be helpful for a group of three. We found the space to be the ideal size for the two of us. There is a relatively large dining table and a well equipped kitchen - we cooked breakfast every day and then ate out for other meals, but the kitchen certainly has everything that’s needed to cook a full dinner, i.e. plenty of pots, plates and utensils and there is enough prep space too. There is also a large fridge, a microwave, a toaster oven and an electric tea kettle in addition to the stove, which we found very handy. The bathroom has a shower (no tub, but in the Bermuda heat, showering is the most refreshing anyway) and a sink and Lana kindly provided plenty of towels. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the flat to be a comfy, homey base for our daily adventures on the island.”
