Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Relax in this unique rifugio. In 2020, a totally renovated 2 1/2 room apartment, whose interior design was completely redesigned. Expanded as a loft with noblest materials (Valser granite, castle parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, design fixtures). With a protected patio and garden. Sunny, quiet location. Private entrance, sauna in the annex. Ski bus can be reached in three minutes.

Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with a dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room, and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. The mountain village of Fanas, in the canton of Grisons, lies at an altitude of almost 1000 m above sea level. The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
