“This has been one of our favourite places to stay! The pods are fantastic - incredibly comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The views are breathtaking too. The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back!”
A cosy self contained cabin which is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Panoramic sea views and plenty of outdoor space for you to enjoy. Located in a more rural area of Skye offering peace and quite, convient location to many of the main tourist attractions.
“Great place to stay - me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights. The weather was pretty bad, so we mainly drove about Skye and didn't go outside too often. We looked forward to returning to the cabin after our trips and getting nice and cosy. The cabin was very clean and offered all the essentials to make for a comfy stay! For food, we brought microwaveable meals that we'd bought enroute, which we were able to store in the fridge. Plates and cutlery were provided.”
Craighaven is a modern self catering let designed to have all the conveniences of home on a small scale. Craighaven is a detached building in the grounds of our own home located in Fiscavaig with beautiful views over the bay to Macleods Tables and islands of Loch Bracadale. The area benefits from 2 pubs serving food, small shop, petrol pump, post office and the famous Talisker Distillery. In the Minginish area we are an ideal central base for exploring both the North & South of the Island.
“We go to Skye 3 times a year. The studio was lovely and comfortable. We like to do out own cooking and everything was to hand to do this. Its lovely spot and we loved sitting at the table by the window looking at the spectacular view that Storm Dennis provided! We had a power outage on the day after our arrival when the Island was hit by a massive electrical storm. Craig was waiting for us when we returned to the studio having been out all day and were not aware of the lightening strike, with candles, torches and a primus stove and kettle and gave us regular updates regarding when the power was likely to be back on. This was the advantage of having the owner close by to look out for us. Had it been a management company we would have been on our own with no idea of what was happening. Would definitely stay again, particularly as a warm welcome was given to our dog Bella with welcome treats, and special towels. Thank you”
