Ana from the first contact, responded promptly to all my doubts and helped me a lot with tips and suggestions, as it was the first time we went to the region, her apartment is the same as the photos, everything available for us to use, bed linen and towels all clean, very well equipped, very close to the beach, and even the place on the beach to stay is very close to the apartment, as the condominium offers chairs and sunshine, which made me comfortable to go and come back from the beach several times throughout the day. For those who like to bustle, have a mall and a space of events nearby, were beemmm hectic, with lots of food and music. I like the tranquility better, but I went there curious. Quiet, clean and safe streets, I felt safe in the area. It was worth the stay in Ana's apartment for a lot. I loved it from start to finish.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well located. We only stayed one weekend and we couldn't enjoy the leisure area, which is very good. Renato is a very helpful person and gave us all the necessary attention. Riviera is a very safe place for that moment of relaxation.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos of the site. Everything clean and organized. We do not use the utensils of the kitchen, as we chose to eat out, but for those who intend to prepare something is well equipped. The place is quiet.

Strengths: The condominium is simply wonderful! The pools are amazing and heated, the gym is great and the rooftop is perfect with a beautiful view. The facial register greatly facilitates the direct exit to the beach. Great parking spaces for headache-free parking to get in and out, and everyone in the condominium is very helpful! I bought ice at the market and they interfered with me to say that they saw it on camera, and that it was free on the top floor. The ap has everything from the kitchen, from sandwich maker to blender. There's also a cooler that helped a lot during beach trips! Communication was always quick with Luiza! Voltaria for sure! "negative" points: I wouldn't say there is something negative, but small improvements. I missed a hairdryer and emergency cleaners like an alcohol or Veja.

The attention to detail made all the difference: ice in the freezer, soaps, coffee, sugar, two coolers, among so many other treats that demonstrate the care of hosts. The city of Apê is complete, with appliances and utensils of high quality. For me, a special highlight goes to the mattresses, which have ensured truly restful nights of sleep. I would recommend it without a doubt – it was a flawless stay!

Beautiful house according to the photos, with all the tools we need, a freezer in the barbecue area made all the difference to freeze our drinks. Very attentive Host Mariana, answering all questions quickly. The home town Lila that served us is super attentive and has made no efforts to make our lodging wonderful. Lucas's apartment is outstanding! It has all the amenities described in the listing, the kitchen is super complete, the space is ample, well decorated and comfortable. The proximity of the beach, with private access, is a great differential, as well as the beach service, which makes the stay much easier. Lucas was a thoughtful host, responded quickly to messages and still allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra cost. The building's leisure space is great, with several options even on rainy days. The price is not the lowest, but it is worth it for what the site offers.

We love the view of the beach, a very accessible location, easy to find, everything well organized and the host very attentive, the rent is well worth it.

Better than the pictures, well-equipped kitchen and a great place to bring a lot of people, everyone was comfortable. We very much like the games in the house and the game room is very wide. The house was very clean and smelling when we arrived. A pity that I caught the weekend with the cold front but we were lucky and Sunday we were able to enjoy the pool well. The house is very close to the centrinho and the beach as well. Diego was helpful in answering all questions quickly and clearly. Everyone loved the house.
