Morriña is a recently rehabilitated house (2019) on the bank of the Miño River, where the water “breaks” against the porch of the house. It has two exterior rooms with their own bathroom each and a large living room with fireplace and a large gallery overlooking the river on the top floor, and a kitchen with dining room and toilet, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Lighting and comforting have been paid to a lot. NOTE: If a single night is booked, it brings an increase of €50.

This accommodation is perfect for relaxing, spending a romantic evening, relaxing with the whole family, or making it your work stay. Two 150m² floors with a 160cm bed and two single bunk beds in the same room, a room with an extra large 180cm bed and a room with three bunk beds. It has a wood-burning fireplace, underfloor heating, two bathrooms with shower, and everything you need to spend a few cozy and quiet days. You have coffee, tea, and a wide variety of infusions.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

I rent a fully independent house, with a way down to the beach and parking at the property itself. The property's location is a very quiet area surrounded by two beaches, a large one that is Miño and a smaller one that is Lago. Less than 2km away is also Perbes beach. 3 km from the house is the village of Miño, which has all amenities. Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants serving typical food from the area. The golf course is 1 km away.
