Sit on the bay front porch or hang out inside and watch boats, dolphin, birds, and sometimes even seals swim by within feet of the porch. The loft has a roomy king sized bed and the downstairs couch pulls out into a comfy queen bed. Recently renovated, it comes fully equipped for your big trip or quiet staycation :)

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. Delightful Skoolie Near Bethany Beach

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

The Sand Pebble is a 3 story home located 1 block from the boardwalk / ocean and 2 short blocks from the main street in Bethany Beach built in 2019. It is the perfect home for multi-generational guests, a few couples or a large family. It is decorated with relaxation in mind, using teals, blues and coastal prints. The Sand Pebble will be decorated for the Winter Holiday seasons. This home is pet-free to accommodate my family members and guests with extreme allergies.

Fully Equipped, all you need is a beach towel! Listed as one of Delaware's top Airbnb's! This is a perfect get away for family and friends. The beach is 1.5 miles away and the amazing pool is a 2 minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and the patio and yard add space for your stay. Tennis and Pickleball court access. Linens included and everything you may have forgotten. Families and friends return again and again to make memories.

Old School Beach Cottage-Oceanside Condo

80 steps to a private beach - no highway crossing. This beach does NOT have lifeguards. The condo is great for small families or a couple that wants a little more room and is not fancy on purpose. There is no granite and the only stainless is the kitchen sink, My favorite reviews have included; ‘super-beachy vibe’, ‘cute’ and ‘magical’. Some people just get it. This is a simple, 3 seasons kind of joint.
