Walking distance (approx.600m) the river Le Gartempe where there are enough places to take a fresh dive. The cyclist can also get his heart racing. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. Our air-conditioned cottage accommodates 4 to 5 people, 70 m², 1 large living room (kitchen-living room), 2 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shower), separate toilet, it has an outdoor terrace and a pleasant enclosed courtyard of 400m². From the cottage, possibility to make beautiful walks on the "voie verte" way or fishing parties.

Our holiday home is at the gates of the Brenne National Park, 330 km from Porte d 'Auteuil in Paris. Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 25 degrees from May to September.

Traditional French home in a peaceful village

The house a detached authentic house situated in the quiet rural village of Villemort. In the house are old details such as beams and but the house is otherwise modern and comfortably furnished with a full kitchen, including an electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave. The master bedroom is situated on the 1st floor along with a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two other bedrooms (double and twin), along with another bathroom.

Come and relax in an atypical apartment completely renovated in a 19th century building that housed a mythical butcher shop in Montmorillon. The building is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the train station (Poitiers-Limoges line), the city of writing, a riverside guinguette and the historic city center. Montmorillon is a 15 min drive from Civaux and Lussac les châteaux, and 40 min from Poitiers and its Futuroscope.

It is possible to walk directly from the house along the Vienne through a path that leads to a small church on the banks of the river.
