In the house are old details such as beams and but the house is otherwise modern and comfortably furnished with a full kitchen, including an electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave. The master bedroom is situated on the 1st floor along with a bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two other bedrooms (double and twin), along with another bathroom.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.
