My house is a 2-minute walk from the Güzelyurt metro station. It is extremely clean and convenient. It is heated with a combi boiler, wifi, Netflix, filter coffee machine are available. (The house is a duplex. There is a staircase to the top, but it is closed, the entrances and exits are independent.) I do not intend to rent it out on a DAILY BASIS DURING RAMADAN.
