The place is beautiful, clean, and functional. It is affordable and fully furnished. Towels are provided. Good location. It’s near the Centro of Naga. Complete cooking & kitchenwares. Fast internet. But smart signal is just 1 bar inside and get 2 bars near the window. 7eleven is 10mins away. Coffeeshop, tapsilogan, ukayan are nearby. There are Sari -sari store outside. Restroom is clean but it would be better to put bathroom deodorizer to remove the odor. No bidet, no hot & cold shower but fine with us. The building is clean, spacious, and new. Guards are kind and helpful. Easy to find by Food panda. Public transpo is easy to find outside the bldg. Grab is also available.

The bWe had a nice 4-day 3-night stay at Grace Joy’s place. The place was still new, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. It was very accessible and just a few blocks away from Citimall. I will book this place again on our next Sorsogon vacation.

Miss Lourdes was so nice! Her place is beautiful, would recommend for tourists or groups of (3-5) that need a clean, comfortable place to stay! It’s a bit of a journey going inside this property but tricycles are available everywhere! It’s around 5-10 minutes from the town proper. All good fun! Staff were super friendly. Highlights were probably: the cleanliness of the whole property, the privacy and safety! It was great 😊

It was my brother who stayed but according to them, they were satisfied with the cleanliness of the place and it’s exactly how it was advertised in the listing. They just had a hard time finding an available parking space outside the building as it was fully occupied and weren’t able to use the Netflix on the TV because the caretaker wasn’t able to provide the login but overall, the stay was good. Will probably recommend this or check in here again next time. Thank you!

it was really spacious & pretty. the hosts were always very responsive & helpful. everything was good, the property is a little prone to flooding but shan cleaned all the water for us & let us borrow his mop for the rest of our stay. i definitely recommend this place !! 🩷🩷🩷

Nil was really accommodating throughout our stay. I explained the reason for our abrupt visit and was able to provide us with early check-in. The place was tidy, no complaints overall.

Space was large enough to accommodate 3-4 persons. The room was neatly presented with all its amenities and features ready and working. Location is in proximity of city center and malls. Having an own parking space is a huge plus when you need to move around with a car. The balcony provides a decent view of the city to unwind. Overall, the entire experience is great and will definitely book again.

This place is cozy good for couples or single people out there i definitely advise anyone to stay here. The host and his cowroker were extremely helpful in finding nice places to visit and tips on what you should do in the area. Plenty of entertainment there, this places was located in walking distances of a supermarket, mall, and bars. Definitely when I plan another stay in the Philippines this place be the first one in my mind.

It's what has been advertised. spacious and fully furnished. let's start the review. Outside premises is modern and well Guarded, jas CCTVs and motion detected as well. Has Enough parking space for all the 6 tenants/clientele all at the same time. Host was kind enough to allow me to park my Motorcycle inside the compound. Compound grounds are well kept. and well lighted as well. Inside the room. Love the well cushioned sofa. very comfortable, whilst watching Netflix. and the bed has the right bounce to it. not to Firm nor soft. slept like a baby. Has a Full Pledge Fridge and a deck out kitchenette. though the can opener needs to be change. but wasn't a hassle at all. was able to use a knife to open the can. the Loo was fine. and I think there on the case of renovating the place. it was the Loo that was left behind but again, everything was working as they should. Just had a snag earlier with the Host about check-in time, wasn't his fault. Just wasn't able to come early 4/5

We enjoyed our stay! The area itself is perfect for 2 people the host was very responsive and accommodating to our late check in. Tricycles are easy to get and close to restaurants and supermarket. Best part is I felt very secure with the gated doors and limited apartments. It was never noisy and the air-con works wonderful! Thanks for the stay we enjoyed it very much!

The place is very accessible to the nearby malls, resto and cafe. We had a comfortable stay here. Plus, Ms. Joanna is very accommodating and responsive to whatever requests we had during our stay. We give this ♾️/5 rating ☺️

Great place to stay when visiting Naga. Im a Bicolana and it just felt like home. Accessible to downtown areas and the host is very helpful too.

We stayed in Glenjoy's place for 7 days The place is walking distance from Naga City Town centre, Naga Central Bus Terminal and SM City Mall. Checkin was hassle free. I received response from Glenjoy within a few mins whenever I asked him something Property has all the items required for a comfortable stay. Glenjoy is a wonderful host. He accommodated our requests within a few mins. When I enquired about how to get a water container he supplied it immediately. Thank you Glenjoy for hosting us and making our stay comfortable. There was an issue with the main fuse in the original place, but Melvin was quick to provide other accommodations close to the original location. When using this suite, do not use all electrical devices at the same time. Maybe fridge, AC and water heater at most, and turn off 1 of them if you need to use the stove or kettle.

The place was clean and cozy. Everything was excellent. Its location is also accessible to nearby restaurants, main roads and other shops. The place was also safe even during a heavy rainfall. The owner was respectful, responsive and friendly. I definitely enjoyed my stay.
