Ideal location for exploring Banff National Park, Kananaskis country and beyond. Hiking, skiing, mountain biking, golfing and fine dining at your finger tips! Kick back and relax in our modern suite after a day of exploring. The 65” TV and board games will keep you entertained. The suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood with the Bow River and walking trails just out the door. We have a growing family and you may hear us moving around the house. We apologize to light sleepers in advance!

The Bow Modern Suite- Park Pass included

Modern home with a completely separate walk-out basement suite. We can accommodate 4 people, and a 5th in a single sized cot, some pets welcome for a fee. National Park pass provided, but must be requested & returned prior to check-out. The suite is a fully stocked modern retreat, that is a short three minute walk through the nature reserve to the beautiful Bow River. Only a 10 minute drive to Canmore, 30 minute drive to Banff, and close to Kananaskis Country. DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO.26/24.

BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK Please fill out your guest profile. The Ugly Bunny is a 1 bedroom fully contained suite located on the lower level of our mountain home. The suite includes a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a KING sized bed, the living room has a queen sized pull out and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. The living room is cosy and inviting with a wood burning fireplace and upright piano.
