Possui piscina, banheira (Spa) aquecida para 7 pessoas, açudes pesque e solte, galinheiro para colheita de ovos, gatos e cachorros e vaquinha para tratar. Tem grande variedade de pássaros em virtude da quantidade de frutas e árvores do local. Possui salão de festas com fogão a lenha, forno, defumador, costeleira (churrasqueira 4 bocas a carvão).
