It is a quiet area with only six residential units and a cul-de-sac - perfect for those who want both peace and proximity to the city center. From the balcony you have a clear view of the sea and the entrance to Br.sund, where you can see the Hurtigruten pass. Here you can enjoy the evening sun, beautiful sunsets and - on clear autumn and winter evenings - see the northern lights dance across the horizon. A heating blanket makes it possible to sit outside all year round.
