Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Bình Tân

Place was clean and exactly as described. Hosts were kind and responsive. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was brilliant. The communication was great with the host and we were greeted by a friendly security guard who also made us feel very comfortable. The room was perfect and we had a great time exploring the local area as well as easy transport into the city centre.

Apartment was located in a tranquil private neighbourhood with convenience stores located right below. Rooms were clean and tidy. Phung personally came to pick me up when I arrived and was attentive and friendly. Even sat down to have a chat while I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. Had to book another room on last minute notice a couple of days later and she even offered to help me find one late at night. Great stay overall and would recommend to book with her!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The view from the pool was stunning. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy and smooth.Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Phòng ốc giống như hình ảnh mô tả trên mạng, rất yên tĩnh. Xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn, siêu thị, quán cafe, rất tiện lợi cho khách lưu trú. Sẽ giới thiệu cho những người thân quen đến ở trải nghiệm khi có nhu cầu.

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Home rất rất xứng đáng ở lại trong những chuyến ghé thăm Sài Gòn. Anh Austin và chị Vanessa mang đến cho khách cảm giác đúng như anh chị đã mô tả , thoải mái và tiện nghi như ở nhà. Anh chị support mình chi tiết, phản hồi nhanh chóng từ ngày đau mình đến home kèm theo 1 bảng hướng dẫn vi vu Sài Gòn hữu ích. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, thơm, các phòng chức năng sử dụng rất tốt. Nói chung không có điểm gì để chê luôn ạ. Highly recommend mọi người ghé thăm nơi này.

位置离机场很近，离景点稍远，但可以打车前往。室内布置很舒服，并且有洗衣机和烘干机，非常方便。

i felt very welcome by her family during my stay there. The room is cute, sweet and has a cozy ambience. Hope to see you again in a near future.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Very beautiful apartment in a new mega property complex. The furnishings were brand new and designed nicely. We had everything we needed and more. The area is fairly new, plenty of family residents with kids here with less than half of the shops still empty. It’s very peaceful in the development that we decided to move into the building next door. The pools are so nice to enjoy every morning! We stayed here during a visit to my family that live in the area. There aren’t many decent hotels as it’s not considered a tourist area so this was a great option. The host was very responsive throughout the trip.

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean, safe, spacious apartment on 25th floor with great view. Near districts 10, 11, and 5. Small grocery stores and local-food restaurants just outside the building.
