A great stay in a local neighborhood. Has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Good Internet, comfortable bed. Had no problems with noise in the five weeks I stayed which is very impressive. Duy is very helpful and always there to assist if you need something.

Almost perfect place! Everything was same as pictures and the host can take care of me anytime. Specially respons are so fast. So I extended 1 month more!

Convenience location, spacious room and great view. The only downside is some of the furniture was pretty out of shape. other than that, wonderful place and stay.

Definitely a gem of a place to stay at the tallest building in Vietnam. Truly this apt is in Landmark 81 and not some other Landmark building. The views are amazing. A couple of small notes, the key card doesn't open main building doors but works for elevator. 24/7 Security at building entrance so it's not an issue getting in at night. We discovered the primary bedroom's bathroom window has the inner pane had been shattered and is missing. Not a huge issue since the outer pane seems in tact. We didn't really spend a lot time near that window and the view is still fine but could be a potential safety issue.

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

The host is friendly and responsive! The house is clean and everyday will have staff coming in cleaning for us.

This was the best apartment and host in all my trips to Vietnam. I have stayed in several units at Landmark 81. I liked this one the most. Kandi was friendly, professional and quite prompt on her communication. I will be coming back !

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

Very nice place with everything one needs even for longer stays. The communication with the host was great. The Landmark complex has everything you might need, all the stores and entertainment. It’s possible to go to shopping center directly from Landmark 2 so you don’t get wet if it rains. Also there is a rather large park nearby ideal for walks. Recommend.

This has been my best stay in HCMC so far! Apartment is awesome, has a great view and is located in the best area of HCMC - Thao Dien, with so many things to do around it. The pool and gym are also good and the mall is just 20 meters away. Uyen has been super helpful and responsive all the time.

Nice view and a good location in Saigon

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and her brother was very helpful everytime we needed something. Place was clean and well lit, and this building has a drop-off place so it was easier to load/unload luggages to pick up vans/taxis compared to another landmark building we previously stayed at. Also, lots to do within walking distance and good security.

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr guten Betten und einer wirklich leisen Aircon. Die Metro ist direkt nebenan, um gut und schnell in die Stadt zu kommen. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine schöne, ruhige Mall, falls man mal was einkaufen möchte. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
