The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Shady Lane Greenhouse is just beside the apartment so come for your spring flowers and spend a few nights on this beautiful farm. Located in New Holland, PA so you'll be close to local attractions.

We are close to the towns of Intercourse, Bird-in-Hand and Strasburg and just minutes away from outlet shopping, theaters and downtown Lancaster City. It's right across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village , a famous Lancaster County attraction with various shops & eateries. It's also a short 5 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, another famous Lancaster County attraction. A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.

You will get a 'birds eye view'of typical Lancaster Co farms from this peaceful loft. It is only 1 mile outside of the town of Intercourse.Also centrally located from lots of poular attractions including: sight & sound theater 12 min,dutch wonderland12 min,Bird in Hand 10 min. Don't forget to check out the furniture/ floral store on the lower level of the apartment!

It is located along Route 896 just minutes from many tourist attractions and some of my favorite local places! Very clean, cozy and comfortable.
