You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. We are located just minutes from the Ocean City beaches, quaint small town of Berlin, Ocean Downs Casino, Assateague, Windmill Creek Winery, restaurants, and outlets. Enjoy neighborhood amenities such as a breathtaking waterfront Yacht Club with restaurant and live music (seasonal), Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf, farm market, playgrounds, 5 pools/fee (4 seasonal), and racquet club.

Antique Attic, No cleaning fee, No Wi-Fi

This over the garage loft is a throwback from the 1980's. Vintage furniture and decor. Queen bed, twin bed, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, AC, sink, dishes, glasses. Record player plays vynal records, CDs, cassettes. Bethany Beach is a ten minute drive. The bathroom is small with a sloping ceiling, a small shower, and while clean, shows its age. NO WIFI, rustic with access to shared backyard, outdoor shower, fire pit, outdoor seating and dining, garden; beach gear. TY!

Country Private Vacation House

Stay at our lovely home and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach and cook on the grill and relax in our private home sitting at the end of Derikson Creek. Large wrap around back deck with a view down the creek and into the woods. Plenty of room inside with a large living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and 3 bedrooms. Our cozy home is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

Try tiny living! Come to the Delaware beach for a unique glamping experience. The Coastal Cruiser is a 1985 Thomas School Bus turned tiny home. Spend your days exploring the Delaware Coast and come home to a rustic Skoolie with a full kitchen & outdoor area. You have access to fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area. We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.

But conveniently near beaches such as:: 10 min to Bethany Beach , 25 min. To Rehobeth Beach & Outlets , and 15 min to Fenwick Island and North Ocean City Md. All having Plenty choices of restaurants and entertainment up and down the coast of Rt1. You will have access to the apartment with a key lockbox .

Farm Cottage - POOL - 30 Min to BEACH

Enjoy this beautiful cottage/studio apartment. Perfect little getaway space for 2 (or 3). Our little cottage is surrounded by fields and the quiet sound of country sunrise. You'll wake up to chickens anxious to get out of their coop or Lucy, the turkey, peeking in your window. In the evenings, light the firepit or enjoy and a quiet nighttime swim with our duck. And our very friendly dog, Tanka (Cane Corso) will welcome you to our family.
