The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and is suitable for two people. It is centrally located by Oppsal center, with a grocery store, pharmacy, Normal, hairdresser and two restaurants. Østmarka is close by with nice hiking opportunities, and the subway takes you quickly to the city center. A nice place for those who want to stay in a quiet area, but still close to everything Oslo has to offer.

There are many restaurants close to the apartment. There is a grocery store in the same building, as well as one that is open on Sundays. In the summer, there is a bustling beach scene at Operastranden and Sørengkaia.
