Velkommen til Nautaneset! Opprinnelig en gammel husmannsplass som nå er tatt i bruk som fritidsbolig. Hytten ligger usjenert til ved Sævareidsfjorden med vei helt frem. Her får du tilgang til et sjarmerende gammelt hus, store grøntområder, gode bademuligheter, stangfiskemuligheter og et naust med tilgang til kajakker, fiskeutstyr, uteleker, bålpanne og utemøbler. Utenfor naustet er det en stor platting og vedfyrt badestamp. Området er barne- og dyrevennlig. Vann fra brønn, drikkevann fra tank.

Exclusive cabin w/ boathouse, pier and boat rent.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. If you have a bag/ backpack walking is not a big problem. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.

Cosy seafront cabin.

An incredibly charming and very simple property which boasts the ocean at the propertyfront. A peaceful location situated a 30 minutes drive from Bergen city center, and 20 minutes by car from the airport. You can drive all the way to the property. The cabin is 100 years old, and has an old boathouse in the basement as well as an old outbuilding used for storage purposes. You will find basic fishing equipment at the property. Straight from the ocean and onto the dinnertable within minutes.

Hytten ligger sentralt i Os, bjørnefjorden kommune, med gangavstand til Osøyro sentrum, hvor du har alle servicetilbud. Hytten ligger helt i sjøkanten, hvor man kan fiske, bade, fange krabber etc. Her ligger alt til rette for å nyte deilige feriedager. Hytten ligger på en eiendom, hvor naboen har 2 løse hunder. De er svært snille, men til informasjon, så kan de komme til på eiendommen

Lys og trivelig hytte ved fjorden

Modern cabin close to the fjord and with an amazing view. The cabin is located only 1,5 hour drive from the center of Bergen. If needed, I can send details about buss connections as well. Grocery shop located one km away. The local marina is two km away. The fjord and a nice bay for swimming is only a few minutes away. There are a lot of nice hiking paths in the area. Dogs are welcome, but remember that they are required to be on a leash. There are grazing sheep in the area.

Opplev hvilepuls på fredelige "Bjørkelid" med panorama utsikt mot Bjørnafjorden. Bergen er 1.5 time unna med bil, det er også mulighet for buss. Baldersheim er en idyllisk fjordbygd som ligger innerst i Bjørnafjorden, ikke så langt fra Bergen og Hardanger. Romslig solrik terrasse med bålpanne og peisbord. Fin hage. Bare 100 meter til gode fiske og bademuligheter i fjorden og på stranden. Fantastiske turmuligheter. Mulighet til å låne Kajakk og to stand up paddel board (SUP)

Cabin with top qualities in fantastic surroundings by the sea. The cabin is located at Krokeide in Fana, only 30 min. to the center of Bergen, and 15 min. to Lagunen, which is one of Norway's largest shopping centres. It is 15 min. to Bergen Airport. There are opportunities to rent small boat, and large boat with a captain. Contact the landlord for more information. Loud parties are not permitted out of consideration for neighbours.
