Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Dot was a great host and our stay was amazing, as food and drinks were also provided. We were greeted to a clean, cosy property. Great outdoor and indoor areas, spacious living room and bathroom. Overall, was an amazing stay and would recommend for others!

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! Highly recommend staying at Jules place! We felt very welcomed and comfortable. Jules is very easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond! Very clean house, comfortable bed & had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Great location and very quiet area. We will definitely be staying at Jules’ again. Thanks heaps 🙂

You can’t get a better location! Seconds walk to the front beach, lots of options for restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets. Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a well supplied kitchen, washing machine and clothes horse for drying, and a large balcony area with a view of the ocean from one end. Dave responded quickly to a couple of issues we had, and secure parking downstairs was very handy.

Michelle’s place was perfect for our two nights away with the girls while we did the Coastrek walk. We could walk to Sorrento front beach easily so didn’t need the car. The house was great with everything we needed. It was cosy with the fire lit in the lounge :) Michelle is friendly and responsive, thank you ☺️

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

We loved our stay at the Glasshouse! The house was immaculately presented and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The handwritten “Thank you” card was a very thoughtful touch! We loved the large well equipped kitchen and the open plan design with very comfortable living area. The house had a great decking area and our kids loved the table tennis table. The location was very peaceful and only minutes walk to the National Park with a beautiful walk to the beach at sunset. And only a few minutes drive to the local shops. Thank you Hayley and Alex for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the property, with Marta super responsive from the moment I booked the property to after check-out. The property was immaculate, with so many great hints and tips placed around the house to make sure we knew exactly what everything did, etc. The local restaurant suggestions were top notch too!

Great self-contained space in a natural setting - super quiet for well-needed sleep ins - close to Sorrento shopping plus the ever popular Millionaires cliff walk and Portsea pub for great dinner choices! The Peninsula Spa was only 15-20 mins away (best day out ever!) and loved my breakfast at cliff top cafe on Sorrento back beach - David was a warm and responsive host - all in all a great value stay in a very special part of Victoria :)

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

I stayed here with my family with 6 adults and 4 kids using the main house and the pool house. We had plenty of space and the kids loved the spa and pool which were nicely heated. It's a very short walk to the beach (not a swimming beach) and other walking tracks along the dunes and a short drive to everywhere else. Ben gave us some excellent advice about local places, including where to get coffee (Penni Ave Distillery!). We'd love to come back another time.

This contemporary, modern apartment is absolutely gorgeous with tasteful furnishings & sensational beds. Amir was extremely quick to response and super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, situated in a great location with everything at your finger tips.

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony to relax on. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Phillip Island Circuit, and close to the beach where I spent an enjoyable day. There were plenty of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it was also close to the bus station for trips to Melbourne. The host was understanding and kind, making my stay even better.

Beautiful apartment unit, immaculate amenities, larger than the photos showed, with plenty of space. It is on the 3rd floor and yes there are stairs (no lift) but this did not detract from my stay. Host was friendly and responsive, would definitely recommend.

The place was comfortable and cosy, easy to find and conveniently located. Karen was friendly and responsive, overall it is a lovely condo for anyone looking to stay in Mt Eliza for a few days.

Wonderful place to stay, with easy drive to great restaurants and nice walk to the beach. The outside blockout blinds make for secure, ensconced feeling. Great for maintaining a dark sleeping environment with less road noise. My partner and I loved our stay, and found the apartment easily provided a relaxing environment to unwind in. Also, giant seahorse 👌
