We will be very happy, with my spouse Stéphane, to welcome you to our pretty Poitevin house, completely renovated and fully equipped, with garden, in a very quiet village. Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Vallée des Singes, botanical maze, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available starting at 4:00 p.m. Check out before 11:00 a.m. (clean the house).

Small charming house, fenced in the countryside and ideally located. Pets accepted free of charge. Not suitable for infants & people with limited mobility. Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min. Marais Poitevin, Abbey of St Savin 1 hour. La Rochelle 1 hr 15 min. You can enjoy the grounds to relax, eat outside… Our bikes, molkky, other games are at your disposal.

Gîte de la Sonnette

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

The cottage of the If near the Valley of the Monkeys

Come and recharge your batteries during a stay with family or friends in the if cottage. Located in southern Vienna, in the heart of Poitou-Charentes, in the typical hamlet of "Chez Bernardeau". 120 m² house in Saint Benoît near Poitiers, close to Futuroscope (20 minutes), central location for visiting the area (valley of the monkeys, historical monuments...). Riverside walks with views from the viaduct in Saint Benoît. The house consists of 4 large bedrooms of about 17 m² with shower room and toilet. An open kitchen area with a living room of about 40 m². Easy parking on the unenclosed grounds. Sheets/towels provided. Baby amenities.

The 3-star gîte welcomes you all year round in a green and tranquil setting on the banks of the Charente. Ideal for fishing, swimming or a canoe ride, it offers privileged access to the banks of the river. This single-story house, fully fenced and lined with a sapinette, is located in Condac, close to the leisure center of Réjallant between Ruffec, (with its shops) and the charming village of Verteuil, renowned for its castle and mill.

Charming small detached house near a large walnut tree in a hamlet offering peace and quiet. 2 steps from the "Le Vieux Cormenier" Museum, 5 min drive to the "La Vallée des Singes" animal park, 45 min to the Futuroscope, 35 min to the Circuit de Valdivienne. 7 km from shops, aquatic center, doctors, pharmacies, cinema, restaurants, gas stations... Bed and house linens provided, no towels. We do the cleaning. Free WiFi and Orange TV.

Come and recharge your batteries in a nice independent studio in a residential house, in the countryside, a short walk to the Valley of the Apes, the Plant Labyrinth and Old Cormenier. Farmers markets, lots of walks... Enjoy the garden, peace and quiet. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker. 1 large 160 bed plus sofa bed (in the same room). Garden furniture.
