We live in the main house on the property but the space is private and we are usually away when we rent out the Airbnb. Spectacular sunsets overlooking the Maroochy river await you at the end of the day either spent kayaking, standup paddle boarding, or for those wanting a slower pace a walk along foreshore right at your front door. There are many beaches and walks all within 15 minutes from the property. Please note - Whilst there is a lift in the complex, this property is not suited for wheelchairs. If you require wheelchair access, we suggest you select a property that does not require lift access.

Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Freshen up then head across the road for breakfast at one of the many alfresco eating venues and coffee shops , or take a short drive to Coolum, Noosa, or the amazing Eumundi Markets for lunch. Come back and relax on the manicured lawns by the massive pool or take a sixty second walk to the pristine Marcoola Beach.
