About the Surrounding Environment During your stay, you may occasionally hear construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or notice temporary odors from the surrounding area. Other Rules If the following rules are violated, additional charges may apply: The room is left excessively dirty. Property or equipment is lost or damaged. The number of guests exceeds the number declared in the reservation. If you request a date change within 30 days of check-in that reduces the number of nights, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the affected accommodation fee will apply. Please enter the correct number of guests in your reservation. The number of guests may be confirmed using the outdoor entrance security camera. If we confirm that more guests are staying than the number booked, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 per person may be charged. If you damage or heavily soil anything in the property, please inform us immediately. In serious cases, we may charge the actual cost of repair or replacement.
