Camping in Fletcher | Tents

KelseaRating, 5 stars68 months ago
Such a great spot. The property is beautiful, cozy, and has great views. The glamping set up was perfect for our needs. Having a real, cozy, blanket covered bed was amazing. Tent was spacious and we felt we had everything we needed for our trip. We extra enjoyed the amazing brewery / beer stop down the road called Whistle Hop. Tent came with electricity hook up and a space heater. We camped in some freezing weather and were beyond warm and cozy. There's a cute barn cat who stopped by but our jerk dog scared him off. Bonus points to the host who came out in the cold around midnight to make sure our electricity, and our connection to the space heater, worked after the heater tripped the breAker. Host made sure we were cozy and had everything we needed, even late!

Cooler than your average stay - Glamourous Camping

MichelleRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had the absolute best fall weekend at "the Kayaker." We are already planning next fall. The tent had every amenity you could want and was so cozy (I brought a stack of blankets and never needed them)! The bed was so very comfortable. The lodge was much nicer than we anticipated and I don't think I've ever seen a campground bathhouse SO nice! We loved how private our glamping tent was but how easy it was to walk everywhere else. One night it drizzled and it was just so cozy inside our tent to play a game by lamplight with the little propane heater on. The fall colors were spot on and we were nice and close to hiking and mountain biking as well as an apple orchard, Wineries, breweries and shops! Can't ask for anything more!

*ALL GEAR INCLUSIVE!* Camp Uptown Backwoods (CUB)

TamarRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Wow! Awesome place! We stayed here for 2 nights and had the most wonderful time having a campfire under the stairs, playing board games together, exploring (beautiful) nearby waterfalls and spending the afternoon in waterfall infinity pools together. Greg is by far the best host we have ever had - he is communicative, helpful, responsive, personable and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your time. The campsite set up had everything you could need - clearly designed by someone with lots of camping experience who knows what amenities make for the most enjoyable stay. The tent was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the shower was easy to use (and warm), and the kitchen set up was easy to navigate. Great stay where special memories were made!

In the forest. Secluded. Glamping.

GraceRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Great stay at Stephen’s. He advised us not to use our non 4WD vehicle to get up to the site but we tried anyway because we arrived after dark. He told us he could help get our car unstuck and patiently did so. It was a serene place and we tried some of his distillery items, which were tasteful and great (no hangover!!). Friendly and loving cat who follows him around as well.

Pap's Glamp on Lake Hartwell

MelindaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Paps Glap is amazing. Just what we needed for 4 days 3 nights of relaxation. It is actually how it is listed. The tent was set up in away that was not only clean, but comfortable. We were able to fit 2 adults and 2 dogs with no problem. The out door kitchen was perfect and i loved how he used the existing trees to make the counter. The lounge area is perfect and we even managed to get in a game of corn hole. Now my favorite, the out door bathroom. I now want a outdoor shower. Lol. And all this is nestled in a quiet, beautiful part of Lake Hartwell. Paps, you said if i had any suggestions, and the only one i have is a doggie ramp to the tent. After several trips up and down to the lake, those last 2 steps were just to much for the old lady. Thank you Paps for giving us wonderful birthday weekend. He even but a happy birthday banner in the tent for me! 2 happy Glampers Melinda and Jodie ❤️❤️🤠

Natural Living in a Bell Tent

CoraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a great time at Charles‘s place! It actually ended up storming really bad and the yurt stayed completely dry on the inside. Bonus: the sound of the rain soothed me and my husband right to sleep. Charles was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely rent from him again, no questions asked!!

Travel&Leisure mag top romantic Glamping T3

KadijahRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Between Ana & Antonio communication was extremely effective and efficient. All of only questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The tent was absolutely amazing. The area gives you a true glamping vibe due to being only 20 minutes from the main strip of the city. It is exactly what we were looking for. 10/10 highly recommend!

The Land on Hazel River

ShreemaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an incredible weekend getaway at this beautiful place nestled close to nature. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional was our wonderful host. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One of the highlights was learning how to fish — something we had never done before. The host patiently taught us and made sure we actually caught some fish, which was such a fun and rewarding experience. They were always responsive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This was easily one of the best experiences we’ve had. We left feeling refreshed, and happy. We’ll definitely be recommending this hidden gem to our friends and family — and we can’t wait to come back again!

Frankie | Unique Glamping Experience

LaurenRating, 5 stars14 months ago
Loved staying at The Fern. Alissa was great as a host. They try to keep everything there that you’ll need. It’s peaceful but there is another tent and Winnebago on the property that could be rented so you may have neighbors. Ours were friendly so it was nice. However, The listing didn’t mention sharing the grill in the communal space and there is not a black stone grill with a flat top. We did use the smaller campfire at our own tent space for roasting marshmallows. Love the string lights but the generator has to be on for it. It’s not bad. It is dog friendly as well but you have to keep an eye. Predatory birds above and my little guy kept wanting to go say hi to Alissa’s pets. Overall, I’d love to go back. Thank you for having us. If it was a little less expensive I could see myself visiting often.

Enchanting Glamping Tent on Lake Cumberland

AmberRating, 5 stars2 months ago
My friend and I stayed for two nights. On a Friday and Saturday night. The first night we had basically the entire area to ourselves. The 2nd night, someone stayed within about 150 feet from us and had several children with them and being that close to them wasn’t much of an issue at all! I will say if there was someone staying right in the tent directly next to Moonbeam that it may potentially be a little too close for comfort (but I could just be picky). Most everything about the stay was amazing. The host went above and beyond for us and communicated very quickly - almost immediately every time I asked a question. This was a huge plus. The only down sides for me were that the short walking trails nearby were not maintained and that the lake access seemed to be a little underwhelming and not a spot I’d feel safe to get in the water. I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Perfect Stargazing Glamping Get-Away!

ChelseaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is a really comfortable place to stay! There are way more amenities and comforts than at most 'glamping' places I've stayed, and it's very thoughtfully set-up. The tent is spacious, the outdoor shower is miraculously hot and clean and basically a real shower, and there's a trash can and a grill. Unfortunately it rained so I didn't get to use the fire pit-- but luckily there is an umbrella set up on the deck, so I didn't have to just go in the tent when it started to rain! Really cozy to listen to the rain outside while staying dry. The only minor downside is that it's not as private and secluded as you might want-- there is a decent amount of noise from neighbors and the street. Not enough to keep you awake, just enough to pierce the illusion of true nature getaway.

Great little stay on the farm. Our toddlers loved seeing the animals. We were a little worried about the peacocks keeping us awake but with such a comfy bed and a powerful space heater we had a great night's rest. And farm fresh eggs on the griddle for breakfast!

Indian Attack Cabin Tent - Wi-Fi

StephanieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This tent is the perfect place to escape to for a relaxing weekend! It was the perfect step up from camping. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy a good thunderstorm! If it’s a cold night, it does get a little chilly, but the space heater definitely helps and the comforters were quite warm! I definitely hope to come back again!

Comfy Safari Tent in Brasstown NC

MeaganRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Renew glamping tent was a perfect stay for our long weekend. It was very dog friendly! This tent would have been great for a family with children to bring. The stream, fire pit, garden and cooking common area were all that was needed. However, if you venture out, Brasstown is just a walk away to cute Boutique shops and restaurants. This spots about a 30 minute drive to Nantahala rafting companies and right at an hour for Cherokee, NC. Murphy and Andrews are also close by. Everything was spotless and peaceful. We will be returning to rent out the whole area with all the family!!

The Black Bear Tent

DelaneyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It was a beautiful (but rainy) weekend getaway! The location against the river paired well with the campfire and lightening bugs. It helped to know going in, this sight was on property (I.e. neighbor mowing for 2.5 hours Saturday night) but even then, campsite was clean and spacious. The tent stayed strong against the rain and is right next a small pond with very vocal nightlife (frogs!) 🤣 If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs! Woodstock, about 12 minutes away, had a cute cafe, and some shopping—Sweet Creek is a must for ice-cream! Only downside was solar shower wasn’t up and running on site, that and tick season is very much in full swing for those with pups. There was also minimal to no service so be prepared! Great hiking location within driving distance-Seven Bend State Park right down the road with challenging hikes-dog-friendly. Lawn games and covered pavilion made for an enjoyable Saturday evening! Overall, very enjoyable!
