Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Studio apartment located just 7 minutes south of Silicon Slopes and a mall. 5 minutes from the heart of booming Lehi and it's many restaurants and activities. Easy freeway access, a cul-de-sac, with off-street parking. Located in the basement of our home. We have installed soundproofing throughout the entire space but you will hear our children off and on throughout the day. It will be quiet between the hours of 9:30p-7:30a. You may hear babies occasionally during the night.

Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
