The room is in a very well located aside hotel, lots of things to do, great restaurants around and the excellent hotel structure!

Dona Myriam was very attentive, kind and helpful. The accommodation was impeccable in terms of cleanliness, organization, comfort and convenience. I will certainly return in the future!

I stayed 1 month and a half, from February to March including the carnival. The apartment is very pleasant, very comfortable beds and pillows, good shower also, air conditioning that works well and helps in the heat, the condominium is nice and safe as well. Unico is the least positive point is the difficulty of returning home from Uber after 10 pm, many drivers refuse, in these cases I would return by bus through the Tancredo Neves station because there are at least 5 direct options and the stop is near the condominium street that is just 5-10 min walking. Everything went well for me. It was great, so grateful for the hospitality of Joelma and Bruno.

Very comfortable apartment, with quiet air both in the bedroom and in the living room. It had indispensable utensils such as blender, gril, electric coffeemaker and microwave. They were careful to put iron and hair dryer. I saw that in some evaluations they reported odor in the bathroom. They must have solved it because there was no unpleasant smell. the condominium is very beautiful, beautiful pool, security, friendly staff, there is an online laundry, I was not told that you pay with an app, I bought the soap and then realized that I did not need to buy it, there is also a store in the same building and I self-service, the only thing missing in the apartment was materials for cleaning the floor, mirror and furniture. I really liked the stay in the apartment.
