Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. “The Warren” is an immaculately clean and comfortable base for your holiday. Whether you plan mountain adventures or a quiet retreat to watch the birds you'll find “The Warren” ideally placed. It is situated on the periphery of a small, peaceful holiday park and as such has beautiful uninterrupted views and a good degree of privacy. The village boasts a variety of excellent places to eat, village store, steam railway halt, scenic golf course and well signed local walk and cycle trails.

The Cabin

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

Osprey - Luxury Glamping Lodge

Two large glamping lodges located in the heart of Cairngorm National Park on a working horse farm. Each features an open plan kitchen-dining-sitting-room; a separate bedroom with walk around double bed with Emma mattress (new July 2024); and a shower room with electric shower. There is a lovely deck where you can sip a glass of wine looking out over horses to the countryside of Strathspey. All linen and towels are provided to set your holiday off to a good stress-free start.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
