Staying at Patricia’s place was absolutely worth it! It felt just like home—cozy, clean, and welcoming. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made everything so easy. Plus, the pictures perfectly match the space—what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation! The full kitchen and option to stock the pantry allowed us to make meals at our leisure. The balcony and full length windows made for great sunset views and there’s nothing quite like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of waves. We highly recommend this condo and both Sean and Jesus were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Amazing stay! The views where beautiful, also a + if you’re going with family and want to be away from all the inclusivity of the city. The only slight problem is the drive from all the restaurants but other that that it was a 10/10

El alojamiento es muy lindo, la zona espectacular, tuvieron atenciones y empatía extrema, la terraza es muy linda, la habitación es tal cual las fotos, el decorado es fresco y de muy buen gusto, espero volver pronto.

The place was great. The perfect location for walking to all the best spots, just be prepared for the stairs. Lots of stairs! We pack light so it was ok for us. We had a great time and definitely plan to return.

Soho es una excelente opción si buscas un espacio amplio con alberca y una vista espectacular de todo Vallarta. El servicio de los meseros es muy bueno y la comida, deliciosa. El Airbnb es bastante espacioso, con terraza, sala, comedor y dos baños grandes. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Las fotos de este departamento no le hacen justicia. Está más lindo en persona. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, toallas, centro de lavado, cocina bien equipada, y la cama está SUPER cómoda. Mi esposo y yo lamentamos no haber agendado toda nuestra estancia en este lugar. Dormimos como reyes, no había ruidos ni entraba la luz. La alberca está muy bonita, con una vista increíble. El gimnasio está bien equipado y hay una zona de hamacas donde puedes descansar. Cuenta con seguridad y su propio estacionamiento, y fue muy sencillo acceder. La comunicación con Sebastián y Louis fue sencilla y eficiente. Es de los mejores lugares en donde nos hemos hospedado en México. Si regresamos a Puerto Vallarta nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí.

We had an amazing stay at Madero 320, Unit 401 in Puerto Vallarta! My husband and I were traveling from Los Angeles with a friend, and we were looking for a place that offered both comfort and convenience, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Zona Romántica, making it easy to walk to fantastic restaurants, bars, and clubs. The condo itself is beautifully updated, featuring high-end finishes and stylish decor. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city and ocean. A special shoutout to Matias, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner on our first night. His local insights made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a modern, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in PV, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed this home. My wife and I stayed at Genesis’ house for four weeks with two animals and were very comfortable the whole time. It was well furnished, had everything we needed, was in a great location that was walkable to tons of Versalles restaurants, and Genesis was extremely responsive and helpful with everything we could possibly need. She and her husband do a great job managing this property, we would highly recommend this home to others. Thank you for everything, Genesis!

We loved our stay in Yelapa! Waking up each morning and watching the sunset each night with the view of the river and ocean was amazing. The outside living room area was a relaxing spot to be. The caretakers live on the first floor and were very kind and attentive if we needed them.

Un alojamiento increíble, de mis AirBnB favoritos, lo recomiendo ampliamente. Una casa con mucha historia, en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca del bullicio y con mucho que hacer. La distribución de los cuartos y su amplitud hacen la estancia muy cómoda y amena, además que la vista de todas las terrazas es increíble y de ensueño, se siente genuinamente como un hogar. Los anfitriones en todo momento fueron muy atentos y amables.

Todo en muy buenas condiciones de limpieza, la casa tiene detalles muy lindos., la alberca es un 10. Joce fue una excelente anfitriona.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a relaxing place to start the day and come back to after a long day in the sun. It was spotless, had amazing views, great sunrises, peaceful style, and a lovely pool. Leanne and Rene were very responsive and gave detailed instructions for getting in. I recommend getting a golf cart - you can walk as it’s only about 5-8 min into town, but the golf carts are fun and allow you to explore the surrounding area more! We will definitely be back! Such a fantastic Airbnb.

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

Jim’s penthouse condo in Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was an absolute gem! It’s just as gorgeous as the photos—stylish, spacious, and super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: just a few blocks from the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and nightlife. We stayed with another couple, and the layout worked out perfectly. As the trip planner, my friends insisted we claim the dreamy master bedroom with its stunning views. Our friends were happy in the quiet and comfy second bedroom. Jim was an amazing host—super communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He left us a bottle of tequila, which we put to excellent use with a pre-dinner shot tradition every night. The two giant jugs of water in the fridge were also a super thoughtful and nearly lasted our whole trip. I’d come back to Jim’s place in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend it to anyone heading to PV!

From the moment we were welcomed by Pepe we felt at home. Our view was fantastic and the location is ideal. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen gadgets to bathroom amenities. We have stayed all over puerto Vallarta and this is the perfect location for access to restaurants and beach activities. We can’t wait to return.
