I can’t say enough about Tedrick’s place! It was spotless, comfy, modern and the view from the deck was spectacular! Tedrick was an excellent host. His responses were quick and informative. The location was perfect- right in the heart of everything! The airport, grocery stores, great restaurants, outdoor malls and the incredible Seven Mile Beach are all within 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and being right by the pool is a plus if you just want to take a break from the beach. During your stay, make sure to check out the magazines on the living room table. They give good ideas of where to go and what to do. There’s also a great cover story showcasing Tedrick’s inspiring journey in creating his perfume company. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful island.

This place was quiet, on the quiet part of the island, East end, you will need to rent a car to stay here but it was worth it. La Casita was a delicious Mexican food place nearby, yummy. The kayak tour to the bioluminescent bay was awesome as well and close by.

Liz's place was the absolute best! The unit was immaculate and was stocked with all of the amenities we could have ever needed. When we arrived she even had a gift basket of local treats for us, they were great! Liz was extremely responsive to all of our questions and helped advise us on activities and restaurants during our stay. Since this was our first time to Grand Cayman we found it to be extremely helpful. The location was perfect for our family of 4. The unit is located right on Spotts Beach where we could be in the ocean within minutes to snorkel with the turtles, sting rays, and fish and is still only a short drive from any activity or beach we wanted to visit on the island. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to come back again and stay with Liz!

if you're looking at this place, you're extremely fortunate to have found the best stay in grand cayman. Joyceann is incredibly sweet, a wonderful communicator, and her place was stunningly gorgeous. I can't say enough good things about this airbnb. Probably the prettiest, most well kept place my wife, infant son, and I have ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and book this now for as long as possible! We can't wait to come back. that was one of the most magical weeks of our life, largely in part to the incredible airbnb with views, comfy beds, and perfect in every way.

Fantastic location on the SMB side of the island!!! The beach at RBC is dwindling, but it isn't difficult for an able bodied person to walk a short distance up the beach for those looking to enjoy more sand. The ocean here is fantastic, and the pool is clean and easily accessible to the entire complex. We have stayed here in the past and would trade being on a higher level with views for the ease of the ground access of Zhenya's property. Having had children with us, it was incredibly convenient to be able to come in from the beach and the parking area with groceries without having to navigate and lug things with us upstairs. We would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for lodging at this price point. Our host was super responsive, and the condo had everything we needed to feel right at home. Cheers!

The condo and location were truly amazing. We had a wonderful stay, comfortable accommodations for a family of 5 and Gianrico was a great host. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the water is right in your backyard. The Rum Point Beach Club is right next door which is an easy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Rum Point in general was beautiful and serene and The Retreat is a really nice complex all around. We loved our stay there and hope to make it back!

Beautiful property and beautiful host! Mary is so welcoming, and we felt right at home! The view is incredible, and it was so peaceful listening to the waves crash at night. Beach and supermarket are within walking distance. But also only a few minutes drive to the middle of Seven Mile Beach and the middle of town. Thankful for our stay!

Peter and Mitzi had been very responsive and kind allowing for late check out for our late flight, house is big enough, we walked to the beach but it’s a walk that not everyone in our group wanted to do due to the distance but easy drive to 7 mile beach. The home is enough to spread out and very comfortable. Great bargain and for our family we decided not to do a condo we have in the past and glad we did Peter’s house

The house was beautiful and clean. The host responded quickly and we had no issues. The view was incredible and within walking distance of a nice beach and restaurant. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and peaceful! Worth every penny!

Little slice of paradise! The way the house is set up our large group was very comfortable! The pool and private beach was absolutely amazing during our stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The ocean view was beautiful and the surroundings were quiet which was perfect to fully relax. The beach that you stay on is not the most ideal for swimming as there’s rocks and seaweed but there was patches of clear water which was still very calm and enjoyable. The location of the home is a bit of a distance away from the main strip on Seven Mile Beach so be prepared for a bit of a drive if you do plan on visiting, however the beach was worth the drive every time! Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful escape with a view!

Nice spacious place for two people. We only had one minor issue with an unintentionally locked door and Shellie was immediately responsive and had it fixed within an hour. the place was well equipped with everything needed. Weather was windy while we were there but that's not their fault. Great communication!

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Cay. The house and surrounding area is as beautiful as the photos! Mitzie has great information about the local area and things to do. The final touch is the amazing rum cake waiting for you when you arrive at the house.

My husband and I stayed here with our 18 year old son for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. Instructions to check in couldn’t have been easier, parking in your own carport was perfection! Beds were comfortable- WiFi inside was good but an extender to outside areas would have been nice. We got great use of the beach chairs and all the beach towels they provided. We took them with us on day trips. The beach area is more for hanging out and laying out . Very relaxing but not an area you will want to get into since there is tons of vegetation. We were so happy to see a Netflix account set up on the TV and we used it every evening. One of my favorite things about this home was the large master closet and vanity area. We had so much space to organize our stuff and keep things tidy during our stay. There were a few things that needed attention when we arrived and Kate and Nick took care of it quickly!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! While it is far away from the 7 mile beach, we were so happy to be away from the e hustle and bustle. It is a short drive from rum point which is a nice beach area. The snorkeling right in front of the house was fun, and the hike provided all the gear we needed! Host was incredibly responsive! We would love to stay again in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing 10 days in West Bay. Staying in Sean's oceanfront was the highlight! The view from the full lenghth windows was spectacular: watching the ocean, gentle, rolling waves, and sunsets were both peaceful and breathtaking. The snorkeling at Lighthouse Bay, just steps from the penthouse was full of delights: comical squid, a rainbow of parrotfish, cowfish, angelfish and tangs! Many other fantastic snorkeling spots, such as Eden Rock, Macabuca and Cemetary beach were close by. The penthouse itself was, as other have said both tastefully decorated, pristine, and comfortable! The bedroom was a dream and the kitchen fully outfitted for cooking and dining! If we ever return to Grand Cayman, this penthouse is where we would stay! As others have commented this condo's description and photos were totally accurate, not fully capturing its magic!

Absolutely no complaints about this condo! The location is great and very easy to navigate with a rental car. The beach is very private and well maintained. We used the chairs and umbrellas on the beach almost every day and never had anyone beside us except for maybe an hour one day. The view from the condo is spectacular…even more so than in the pictures. The bed is extremely comfortable and the overall condo is in great condition. We booked a jet ski snorkeling activity through Red Sail Sports, which is conveniently located within walking distance from the condo towards the Seafire resort. Highly recommend this service. The host was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. We are already talking about visiting Cayman again and staying in this same condo!

Stayed as a group of four friends and everyone had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful and plenty to do with walkable restaurants. Felt safe and had fun. Nice beach with easy snorkeling. Saw many cool fish. Amenities were as described and super enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Maggie's place. The unit was exactly as described- airy, beautifully furnished, very clean and incredibly comfortable. The location could not have been better- just steps from the beautiful beach and great local restaurants. Maggie was wonderful, thoughtful and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect. She went the extra mile with small touches that made the stay extra special. I highly recommend it and would only want to stay here the next time I'm in Grand Cayman. Thank you again Maggie for a wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Grape Tree Condominiums in Grand Cayman. The location is perfect—peaceful, safe, and just steps from the beach, few restaurants, and roads to get to the main attractions. As a family of five, we found the condo spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home. The fully equipped kitchen and especially the in-unit laundry were huge perks, making our stay even more convenient. For such an expensive destination, this was a great family-friendly option that balanced comfort and affordability. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families! Great communication with the host and they were super kind extending our check out. also, I would like to mention that the towels were brand new!

Gary and Shannon's first floor condo is superb in many ways. The beach is right outside your door, and there is a manmade sandy area with enough lounge chairs to accomodate the complex. The grounds and beach area are maintained daily so the resort is spotless. Location is amazing for anything you want to do in Grand Cayman including very short and easy ride to and from the airport. Washer and dryer are brand new. I would rent this condo again without even looking elsewhere when we return. Wendy's and Burger King if you have little ones or need a familiar bite are literally right across the street. Didn't spend too much time at the pool but it was in line with everything else I've mentioned. Paul and Sandy Esposito

We had an amazing stay at Dino's condo! It was very spacious and sparkling clean with excellent amenities. The location on the tranquil and beautiful North Side of Grand Cayman is ideal. The views from condo looking out to the ocean are stunning. The beds were extremely comfortable and having 2 large bathrooms that provided wonderful hot showers was especially appreciated. Check in is easy with a lock box and there is ample parking directly in front of the condo. Dino is an outstanding host who is easy to communicate with and makes every effort to insure you have a terrific stay in the condo and enjoy Grand Cayman. We had a fantastic experience staying in Dino's condo and definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

Easy to get there and get in (it's a key code - no need to keep up with a key). Place is beautiful. Shower water does go from hot to cold a lot though. Great view from the very roomy balcony - pictures are accurate. Plenty of storage. High chair, and also some beach gear to use. They provide a great guide book. Good restaurants within walking distance, plus the pool bar/restaurant is good too. Cove is a 1-minute walk an has a breakwater, which allows for easy snorkeling. You can still see some good creatures (I saw a stingray). It's about a 10-minute beach walk south to a shipwreck directly off the coast (~30 feet), and the ship is partly above water - easy swim/snorkel, bring good water shoes (lots of craggy/sharp rocks). Not much for beachcombing, but there's a little. 15 minutes from West Bay, 45 minutes from Rum Point. All in all, a great place to stay. If we come back to Grand Cayman, we'll definitely to try get this place if it fits our schedule!
