This is my second time staying at Simon's place, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! I spent a week here with my family, and it was super comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to AEON Mall Tanjung Barat. Having a supermarket and restaurants nearby made it so easy to grab groceries and enjoy great food without traveling far. The apartment has everything I need. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, utensils, and even a rice cooker, which was perfect for me since I was there for a week and could cook meals for the whole family. Plus, there’s a washing machine, so no worries about laundry! The room itself is spacious, and the furniture is well-designed and very comfortable. The facilities are top-notch, with a gym, swimming pool, and jogging track, so there's plenty to do. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay, and I’m already looking forward to coming back next time!

The Airbnb was fantastic! The host was very responsive, and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and smelled great, which made it feel extra comfortable. I’d definitely book again if I come back to BSD

Clean place, easy access, bed sheet mattress all overalls clean, clean bathroom, puddle or clogged, Aeon is also left on the road, complete facilities, overall satisfying and worth the price.

Strategic location within the complex with wide road access, not a small alley, safe for cars. Garage holds 1 medium car + motorcycle parking. Large windows, good natural light, but a bit hot and less privacy because there is no film glass. The upstairs bathroom has hot water. The downstairs room has no air conditioning but there is a fan, the upstairs room has air conditioning and is very cold. The kitchen is quite complete for basic needs, but the sink is outside (back garden). Clean beds and pillows, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. The price is very affordable for the facilities offered. The host is also fast and helpful. Overall comfortable for short stays👍

We stayed a night. The place specifically like usual developer resident house. Ideal for stays not for events (kumpul-kumpul, staycation, etc.) Overall very satisfied with the price point. Recommend to stay here if you are going to do tracking or hiking near Sentul area.

Pak Joko was very responsive and patiently answered all the questions we had. Then, Mr. Erik as the house keeper also met the needs in the villa very well. Very communicative and clear. There is a great barbeque place if you can make bacon. It's just drooling. The pool was also clean and very enough for us. There are two dining areas to choose from according to mood only. This pavilion (other room) is also very cute. The house is exotic and many trees make it cooler.

The experience of staying at Ella's house was very pleasant. from the smooth CI-CO, assisted by the very helpful housekeeper Kang Adang to the CO. Ella's house is really like the description in the photo, however, it is more spacious, neater, cleaner, more homey because all the amenities are complete like entering your own home. When we arrived, all the bedrooms had AC turned on, very comfortable after the trip & the room was fragrant and the mattress & bathroom were not damp. It has good ventilation & spacious room layout. With a large yard & the location is also not crowded even on weekends so it is very suitable for families who want to rest & or want to have an event that does not disturb the surrounding area. Amenities are quite complete Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels are all complete! Dispenser, Kitchen & bbq utensils are quite complete, we are very helped. That night we spent time with games &karaoke tools that are available. Thanks Raisa,wonderful experience!

the villa is nice, beautiful, well maintained, clean, spacious and the facilities are quite complete. Helpful helper is good, clearly instructions the condition of the villa and the surroundings. Host is responsive, if possible the price may be lowered again 😀 The minimum lack of land for green/field areas is the same dirty kitchen below. it's very nice to gather here with family and friends for a moment of healing from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta and the strategic area doesn't need to be jammed at the top.

Recommended place for staycation with friends! 💖 (suitable for 3 people). We book the unit including suddenly, but the host is fortunately communicative & very fast response so the booking process is also fast ✨ The check-in instructions by Susan were also smooth without a hitch. The instructions were clear and detail. We request for early check-in & late check-out is also allowed 🥺 There is free access to the pool & gym on the 1st floor. There are also minimarkets, laundry & coffee shops right near the lobby. Need to shop for more complete snacks/ingredients? There is also Indomaret in different towers. Cooking utensils are quite complete/simple cooking. There is also a mini rice cooker, electric stove, electric teapot, microwave! Toiletries are also provided with towels, body wash & shampoo. There is also a water heater, hairdryer & iron. Comfortable beds +there is a smart tv so you can movie marathon all day ✨ Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Sis Susan's Unit ❤️ Will definitely come back for another staycay 😆

we will DEFINITELY stay here again. it's the kind of accommodation you wish all your other ones could be like when you travel. location is right in front of AEON, so convenient for food and shopping. the home is new and absolutely and clean. it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. from a 2 nights' stay, we extended to 6! - cuz our kids refuse to stay anywhere else :)
