Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome!

More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!

Don't be a km away and have to find a motorcycle "trike" to take you there everyday! Enjoy buffet breakfast & dinner at nearby restaurants & resorts. 2 bdm apartment, living room 55" tv, kitchen all appliances, linens, towels, amazing pool, just near the beach. Fast wifi! 2 night minimum.
