The bed was the highlight. Large, comfortable and with good linens. Good towels, nice and hot shower. The towel heater in the bathroom is excellent, as it dries the towels and does not let them smell bad when reused. The only complaint is that the shower makes a tremendous noise in chalet 3. Small but equipped kitchen. Sockets identified with the voltage. The backyard of the chalet has a very steep slope, which made it a little difficult for the dogs to have fun (one of them has a disability and difficulty in locomotion). The garage fit a tcross, but a slightly larger car would not fit. Attentive and kind host. He left dog food and water bowls in the room, along with pedigree sachets. I thought it was cute.

The house is simple and cozy. The outside area is very nice. The kitchen is functional but small. The location is great, access to the beach was quick and easy. We had good communication and the host was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. My only reservation is the staircase, which is very narrow and steep, and I do not recommend it for those with small children. Our stay was great, we will definitely be back.

We stayed for the second time with Eneas and it was perfect again. Great location, cozy chalet, we are myself, my husband and two dogs and it was wonderful days, we spent 7 days! Super recommend and will be back more often!

Mario received us with great affection, we felt at home. Easy access, it is very close to everything and it is really possible to do everything by walking. It was always available and was flexible with check-in and out, we'll be back more often!

The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

Great place! Everything was amazing, loved hearing the river, but I would let people know that the walls are thin and the house is elevated so you hear alot of cars, motors, and trucks too. For some reason felt like all night long... Maybe offer ear plugs to those who want them. Thanks!

Nature encircled property with a charming waterfall on the ground. Perfect for those seeking tranquility and contact with the environment! We had five wonderful days there!

I loved the stay! A privilege to have immediately on the balcony the waters that run from the Toca Waterfall, which is in the vicinity of the house. A place of contact with nature and close to the commercial areas of the Island. Vanessa was an amazing host, left everything prepared with extreme zeal and cleanliness, plus super clear to simple communication.

The stay was very good in Eder's apartment. We only have observation to do in relation to the condominium, which does not have a sun guard in the pool. Suggestion would be to make a natural cover (of plants) in an existing bamboo structure, to make shade. We tried to use the external shower, down the road (staircase) to the beach, but the forest was closed covering the shower and with cobwebs. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, very nice. Recommend!

I had a perfect weekend, I have no words to describe how much I liked, the chalet we stayed at is extremely clean, smelly, romantic, welcoming, the structure of the impeccable place, all very beautiful. communication with Jeannine very fast, easy and good. The suite is very cozy, everything was clean and organized. The view is wonderful and it was a delight to sleep listening to the sound of the stream and waking up to the sound of birds. The waterfall is located on the ladinho and the access is very quiet, at most 5 minutes' walk, we are enchanted by the beauty of the place. We love the experience and we will definitely be back.

What a blessed place! As soon as I arrived, I noticed the cleaning of the place. All clean smelling. Hosts are always willing to help. But the best of all is to enjoy the little river and the fresh air of the balcony. I will be back for sure!

It was an excellent stay!! Maressa is always attentive. The cottage is wonderful, a super quiet place. Great for those who like to enjoy nature, not to mention the beautiful waterfall that is close to the cottage. I highly recommend it.

A true paradise, I will never forget the smell of that place as soon as I opened the door, the music that played and that breathtaking view. We had wonderful days and we got it right in the choice for our honeymoon, easy access to the beaches we like to go to, great location and easy access to the cottage, totally clean and organized, the hosts informed us everything that was necessary, the hydro massage was sensational, everything was perfect, we will definitely be back! Charming place, bright view, excellent for resting and getting away from the hustle and bustle. Super attentive hosts and willing to help whenever necessary. I was delighted and I will definitely come back more often! Be warned, the climb is really steep, but the view is breathtaking.

very pleasant, beautiful, clean and organized cottage. The only problems were the lack of a support table or a small cabinet to store groceries, lighting in the kitchen at night, and the support where the thermos and plates are kept, which was very low, causing me to bump my head when I got up (it is bad for tall people). There were also a lot of insects in the bush on the balcony, you could leave this bush trimmed, however, even with the negative points I would go back and recommend it to any friend.

Chalet in a safe condominium with spectacular views. They welcomed us late at night and super well because we had an unforeseen event with another accommodation and we were with family. Even the condominium doorman is super helpful. Communicative host and responds quickly, super attentive. The view is breathtaking. Great location. For those who are afraid of steep climbs or have mobility difficulties, it may not be interesting. It can be a place to sunbathe and has a shower for those who don't want to go to the beach.

A really lovely place to stay next to a beautiful beach Praia do Julio. a peaceful location waking up to the birds and an excellent place to relax. I would recommend! Will need a car or to get taxis into the main centre for nightlife/eating at restaurants.
