Holiday rentals with beach access in Boljoon

Great place for a bigger group to stay. Very spacious, Kitchen with full stove and Fridge. Caretaker lady is very helpful!

The unit is simple one room, clean, comfortable, air conditioner, quiet, right next to small public beach, and across from new resort, with public beach, and restaurants.

Great location, 2 mins away from the beach! Close to a lot of restaurants. Looks better than the photos, so spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bedroom and kitchen/living room area have aircon. There is also a place to hang your wet clothes outside. There are 2 kuyas downstairs that help you with whatever you need. Thank you Lily, Kuya Nal and Kuya Jun! Definitely recommend this place 😊

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

We, specially my mom liked the place. its peaceful and quiet. Secluded and away from the crowds of Lambug beach. The couple owners were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt at home right away when they welcomed us. They also provided us with all our needs. The house got everything: snacks, coffee, drinking water, etc. It has strong water pressure too. The place is about 10-15 min hike to Lambug beach but all worth it. if you are looking for a quiet place in Lambug area, we highly recommend this place. We even thought of extending another night but we had prior schedules. Until next time!

Superbe location, les pieds dans l'eau, une équipe très sympathique en particulier Lisa qui est une belle personne humaine, disponible et très efficace. Thomas avec qui nous avons très bien discuté de tout malgré notre niveau très léger en anglais. Les activités ne manquent pas : plongée en compagnie des tortues et des sardines ! Possibilité de louer des scooters ou de prendre le "touc touc". Moalboal restera un des meilleurs souvenirs de vacances. Nous reviendrons !! Bravo et merci à vous !

This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

A fantastic stay for my family (3 adolescents and their parents). Caretaker Gavino is really super (friendly, attentive, proactive, excellent communicator, and a great local resource). Beautiful house with its own private ocean access (Cebu Straight). Very clean, very inviting, very comfortable. We swam off from the stairs and saw blue starfish, huge black sea urchins, sea turtles, fish, coral, etc! The whale sharks are literally right next door and Gavino comfortably assists with and guides the whole process as there are several steps (4am tickets, paying cashier, awaiting boat, etc) and many tourists. Tumalog Falls and the Macaque monkeys are both very close by and totally great visits that we enjoyed immensely (swimming in the cool pool at the waterfall and buying banana to feed the loose monkeys). Food/ATM/restaurants are all walkable (<10 min). A very big thank you for Gavino's attention and Jeff's amazing location!

Amazing place to stay at Oslob. Conveniently located close to Tumalog Falls and Oslob whaleshark watching. The property is chic and modern, highly recommended!

The host Renilo was great & very responsive. It’s a comfortable & nice house to stay in if you’re visiting Bohol.

The location is PERFECT- 2 mins away from Whale Shark Watching and Sumilon. Accessible to restos and convenience stores and ATMs. The house itself is functional. Everything you need is in the house ( rice cookers, scissors, ref, gas stove, hose for washing the car, basins, towels etc). Having a private beach is a BONUS!! Imagine swimming at the private beach which is literally a stone's throw away from the Butandings! Lastly, the caretaker, Leah is simply the best. She guided us all three days we were at Oslob. We felt safe, secured and very well spoiled by her attention. She went the extra mile for us. She booked us EVERYTHING we needed: from simple favors of getting us ice, and items we needed for cooking, to booking us massage therapists, to providing us priority services at Whaleshark, Sumilon and Monkey Viewing. In return we ensured we left the space spooky clean same way we found it when we arrived. Oslob experience was a dream!

Our family unit was perfect. Morning swim just a step out the door and breakfast served on our patio was just the way to start our day. The tour we booked through reception was by far a highlight so far. We love the people here and highly recommend this stay for any traveller looking to enjoy moalboal as much as we did. Miss you already.
