The unit is next to a recording studio so there is a chance of hearing some minor noise during working hours. It can sleep up to 4-5 but the living quarters would be a little tight. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

Whether vacationing or resting between hunts, this house on the bluff overlooking the river is a great spot. A half block away from Riverview Terrace Park and a half mile down the hill to the Springfield State Recreation area boat launches, the two car attached garage. There is a fenced dog run. The house itself is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, and living, dining and rec rooms. The views are amazing!
