It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The idea here is slow down, relax and enjoy being surrounded by nature!

My place is near Beaches, Diving Spot, Tennis Court, Soccer, Pier Fishing, etc.... Capacity for 12 Guests. The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

Charming 42 m² wooden chalet, 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning (hot and cold) and 32” smart TV, 1 Gb Fiber Wi-Fi, and 2 balconies — one at the entrance and one in the master bedroom. The living room has a fireplace, 50” smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a retractable and reclining sofa, and 2 skylights where you can see toucans and parrots. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your own meals.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
