The flat is very comfortable and quiet on 4th floor but please note there is no lift although the stairs are fairly shallow. Private off-road parking available if arriving by car please let me know in advance so I can arrange a parking permit. There is free on street parking 5.30pm -8am weekdays and free all weekend Secure bicycle storage available also
