Absolutely love this home! Perfect amount of space for our family, the pool was clean and the backyard is beautiful! Enough for kids to entertain themselves and had all amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants and very peaceful neighborhood. Quick response and easy check in and check out. Can’t wait to stay again! We will definitely be back! 🩷

The welcome was very courteous and attentive. The place was very warm, clean, and peaceful. My family and I were delighted. Everything was very convenient, and we enjoyed our visit to Yosemite Park. The water falls were just beautiful. If you stay here you won't miss your home guarantee, you will miss this beautiful house after leaving:) If we make a new trip to this town for sure will come back here.

Gorgeous, spacious home with a large backyard to enjoy the pool and barbecue area. Everything was very clean, has all the essentials one might need. Location was very convenient and in a safe, walkable area. My trip was short but I would absolutely stay again and recommend this house to anyone.

Beth was an amazing host and the place had everything you will need to feel like home. We had a couple of deers that visited us and that made my day . At night you can sit on the porch and stargazing. Beautiful property . We will definitely come back

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

From the start, Jennifer was very quick to respond and very friendly. If there was something we needed, she responded very quickly. One example was the pool, when we got there we noticed the pool vacuum was not in the pool and it was a little dirty. I let Jennifer know about this and she had her pool guy come the following morning (which worked perfectly for us because we were busy the first day anyways). The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 5. The kitchen had all the kitchen ware we needed to make meals. The backyard had a lot of seating and the pool was amazing in the hot sun (a lot of the pool floaties seemed to have holes and were roughed up a bit, but we did use two non inflatable ones that were honestly super awesome). The home was very clean and organized and there lots of towels and extra blankets. This house was conveniently located for us; in either direction we could reach where we wanted in 10 minutes or less. I would recommend working with Jennifer.

Emilio’s place is exactly as pictured!! Super clean and very welcoming, one that I would love to come back to. Emilio was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any of our concerns. Beautiful home and plenty of space for our family of 10!

The home was a perfect setup for our family of 8 adults and eight children. We were concerned being there in the middle of May that the pool would be too cold, however it was warm enough for the kids to enjoy it everyday we were there. The location was great for a day visit to Yosemite and other local adventures. Family time was the goal and the property was great for that.

What an incredible view, both daytime and night. Hot tub amongst the stars were awesome. We stayed here to visit Yosemite. It is 45 minutes away, but it was worth it to have a nice private place with a view, far away from other humans. Would highly recommend.

Hilltop Heaven is indeed Hilltop Heaven - besides the perfect private location, Kannan’s home was clean, spacious and had plenty to do around the property. We spent most of our time in Yosemite, but will be coming back to take more advantage of the views and smores! Kannan was always quick to reply & available to answer any questions. Instructions were clear and all amenities were available to us.

Great spot for a trip with plenty of visits into Yosemite. The space was nice, and easy to spread out in. Quiet, remote area without neighbors in view. Nice porch sitting area. Kitchen was short on some amenities. Olive oil bottle was completely empty (but still on the counter), host apologized for it but didn’t offer to bring one by which was a bit annoying. Otherwise a nice space to stay!

The deck around sunrise offers great bird watching, and a friendly goat sometimes!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is incredibly roomy, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Having 2.5 bathrooms was a huge plus for our large group—no waiting in line! The beds were super comfy, and we all got great sleep. The only minor challenge was finding the house late at night—it’s a bit tricky since it was very dark. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend for groups looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

We loved Timothy’s place. It was the perfect place to land after visiting Yosemite. It was peaceful, clean, and we loved having a fire at night. If you’re looking for a peaceful, place to stay that has everything you need, this is it. Timothy was very quick to respond to my questions!

Great stay as always. Clean and comfortable. There is a door that leads outside in the kids room, the lock is low enough for kids to reach, just be aware.

The Ranch is a massive 40-acre property complete with its own lake, turkeys, horses, dogs who are still puppies at heart, and graceful owners to take care of their guests & animals with a great degree of love, care, & attention.Who knew horses were also puppies at heart, & long for human company and touch; they came to greet us each morning and followed us around while continuing to graze. Life comes to an absolutely standstill when you stay at such a place. The town of Mariposa is a 20 minute drive and nestled with cute cafés, a smoker bbq joint, a hidden bar salon, a craft brewery; all the makings and doings of a cosy town nestled amongst woods, rivers, and mountains. Thank you Stanley, for showing us your “ranch” way of life! This is what urban-ers dream of! On your way to Yosemite, live a little and stay outside or Mariposa at this magnanimous ranch; its openness, its wilderness, dark skies lit with an abundance of stars and moon will do you a lifetime of good; as host promises

Beautiful home that accommodated our stay perfectly. Plenty of space, beautiful finishing, and loved dining outside on the balcony. The enclosed backyard was perfect for my pup. I’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful location. Pros: Home was well equipped. Jacuzzi/Sauna. Location (not too far from downtown + very quiet) Home was well equipped with all the essential Communication from the host Cons: 10am checkout (I'm not an early riser) but the host was very kind to let us stay until 11am at no charge Overall, worth the money. Will definitely come back.

We stayed here for 2 nights with family and absolutely loved it! The house is stunning, even more beautiful in person. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the design is modern, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. The outdoor fire pit area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view, especially during sunset. Inside, the large windows brought in tons of natural light, and the interiors were so clean and stylish. The bedroom was spacious and peaceful, making it easy to unwind. This place truly exceeded our expectations, we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque stay!

This place is perfect for anyone visiting the area, especially for Yosemite Valley. We enjoyed our stay and would book this place again.

This was my third time using Mariposa as a home base to hike Yosemite and this spot was a great location. I had my two teenage sons with me and they enjoyed the putting green to relax in the evening after long hikes. The views were great from the back yard and easy walking distance to everything in town. Great place. Will be back!

Beautiful home! A seriously perfect Airbnb. Perfectly clean, gorgeous setting, tons of space (4 big rooms), even a generous gift basket. Hosts provide all the things you could need, including a closet with toys perfect for little ones. Wish we could have spent more time here but we hope to come back. Would be great for a summer family reunion .

Very nice, quiet, spacious house. It provided space for the kids to play indoor and outside. We enjoyed our stay and felt like home while we visited Yosemite and surrounding areas.
