Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Borovets

The perfect place for a small group retreat. I organized a small city getaway with a bunch of friends, it was just the perfect place to relax! Everything was clean, nice and the place had everything we needed.

Mariela was very responsive. I did have trouble finding the place. So close but not quite. Anyway quickly resolved with the help of a neighbor who the next day gave me the most delicious home baked goodies. Mariela was great giving recommendations. Heads up that if there on a Monday most restaurants are closed. I found only 2 places opened on Monday night. Well I should have gone to the pizza place as the food and service at the local hotel in a blue building was not good so stay away from there. Overall her place was good and Mariela is an exceptional host.

Die kleine Wohnung mit eigenem Bad und gemeinsamer Outdoorküche war gemütlich. Der Garten bieten genügend Platz und Freiraum. Parken war sehr einfach. Perfekte Unterkunft um den Weg ins Rila Gebirge zu nehmen. Borislav ist ein sehr sympatischer offener Gastgeber.

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

Great place to stay. Big house, with a lots of space and everything you need for your stay. Close to one of the best hiking trails in the area.

היינו בחופשה משפחתית 6 ימים .הבית גדול ונקי, המטבח מאובזר לחלוטין,בחצר ניתן לעשות על האש.מיקום הנכס מעולה לצורך טיולים רגליים וקרוב מאוד לאתר סקי בורובץ.התקשורת עם בעל הנכס Atanas היתה מצוינת,הגיב מאוד מהר וענה על כל השאלות.מאוד נהנינו בבית הזה ואם פעם נבוא לאזור נשמח להתארח כאן שוב.

The acomodation was great. Clean, tidy, warm and welcoming

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Nice appartment whith everything that you need. Good location near the main road. Clean, quiet, look like on photos. Nadya great host, everytime online. If you prefer comfortable appartment for the weekend, that's good choice.

Μείναμε για 2η συνεχή χρονιά στο διαμέρισμα, το οποίο είναι άνετο για 2 άτομα και πραγματικά απέχει 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την πίστα σκι. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 7ο όροφο του κτιρίου, έχει ντουλάπα στο ισόγειο για την αποθήκευση του εξοπλισμού σκι, είναι ζεστό και με άνετο μπάνιο. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Χρειάστηκε να επικοινωνήσουμε για ενα ζήτημα που προέκυψε στο διαμέρισμα και η ανταπόκριση του ήταν άμεση, με αποτέλεσμα να δώσει την ίδια στιγμή την λύση που χρειαζόταν. Συνοψίζοντας, το διαμέρισμα είναι καθαρό, λειτουργικό και ιδανικό για διακοπές σκι.

The apartment had everything needed to make you feel at home. Everything was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. It was perfect for a family with two children. Communication with Tes and Drago was flawless, and we had a wonderful ski vacation without a single issue – the first time this has happened in the Bansko/Borovets area! :)

was nice to be here. all is perfect. quiet and near to the forest. yastrebets lift is few minutes walk through the finn willage houses

It is definitely a 5 star flat and perfect a 4 people family to stay. We debated about staying in Borovets ski resort or drive in everyday from Mountain studio (23 mins drive). And we think we could not have done better than we did! Everything in the flat is top quality. Everything is spotless. We arrived in -16 late in the evening and Alex was assuring us over the phone front the airport not to rush and drive safely. When we arrived there are plenty of basics to wait for us to have an easy late night arrival. Milk, juice, water, snacks for the children. Everything helped us to settle down quickly and be ready for the next morning. Alex recommended restaurants for us and they were all such great treats and half the price you'd pay in Borovets. Perfect that they were on way back from Borovets on way home. We have couple of pasta meals at theflat. If we are skiing again in Borovets we will do the same, stay at Mountain Studio,as we would not have liked the loud buzzing night life.

Another great stay. our 4th stay, great value for money. a little out of the way but a quick walk/drive to the main strip.

Zahari's place became shortly our home away from home. so peaceful and warm, with a special mountain atmosphere. Great location for multiple tracks in nature thank you Zahari

Irena was an amazing host. Extremely helpful, polite, and always responded immediately! The place was spotless. Everything seems to be brand new. Fully equipped as described. 100% recommended to everyone :) We will definitely be back! *If you are skiers, it is only a 10-15 min drive from Borovets!😁

Our place had a problem, but we got a bigger flat for the same price. Spacious and comfortable. We bothered our host a lot, but he was always extremely helpful and tirelessly friendly and smiling 😃 Keep up with the good work, Lyubomir!

Clean and comfortable. Convenient for skiing. Quiet but central. Easy to keep warm. Well equipped kitchen. Recommend for a great value ski trip.

An incredible place to stay in Samokov! The apartment has everything you need—spotlessly clean, cozy, and featuring a stylish, modern interior. The host was exceptionally friendly, always responsive, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Great value self catering apartment ideal for a family ski trip. Responsive, helpful host. The only thing I would say don't go by what the hotel says on its website, we made the mistake of thinking there was a pool, sauna and restaurant, sadly it does not and it's a bit of a hike up hill to the centre of the resort.

Nikolay is an excellent host, responsive and caring for his guests, including kind presents upon arrival. Guidance and instructions perfect. The appartment is very well organised, lots of closets and drawers to keep the appartment tidy during your family stay. Many amenities up to washing machine, super quality hair dryer, spa shower, large fridge and good cooking facilities. Heating and isolation excellent. The residence Flora is well located, close walking distance from Gondola and 6man. Spa and pool available for a fee. Two great shops at the ground floor of Flora: 1- ollie molly is a great option for ski rental, lessons, caring, new and quality equipment. 2- Balkan PMS Travel Airport transfer. high recommend the location and the host for an enjoyble stay at Borovets.

We were delighted by this very warm, clean, modern and comfortable flat. Very comfortable bed and super helpful hosts.

What a great place. Was perfect for our family trip to Borovets. Close to the slopes and all local amenities. The only minor issues was the curtains in the sleeping area did not cover the window properly, and the toilet/shower leaked onto the floor. It would be perfect if the place had a plug in electric hob, but other than those very minor things a really great place and would use again and recommend.

lovely and warm, clean and modern.. 15min walk to the bars and ski lifts. The swimming pool mentioned is permanently closed so are the ground floor main toilets in the public bar area. In my opinion that is an issue for the main building owner and not the host.
