Kapelle is het bekendste fruitteeltgebied van Zeeland en is gelegen tussen de Ooster- en Westerschelde in een gebied vol fiets routes. Gelegen aan de A58 waardoor de Zeeuwse stranden altijd dichtbij zijn. Het vrijstaande huis met garage en ruime oprit, bevindt zich op een perceel dat zich uitstekend leent voor een heerlijk buitenleven. De grote achtertuin is voorzien van een opzet zwembad en is ideaal voor kinderen. Geen verhuur aan groepen jongeren. Huisdieren zijn in overleg toegestaan.
