The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far.

The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms.
