Andrea’s house is amazing, just the way you see on the Airbnb, it has all the things you will need to have a great stay. We had a great time, the pool is amazing and has lots of green area to do yoga and Pilates. Was very easy to communicate with Andrea and she was fast and easy to reply. The only down side is that we had to pay for the bed sheets and we had never this happen before, too expensive for the bedsheets. Apart from that it as amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed at this listing and we will certainly return the flexibility at check in and check out is a difference.. the space is wonderful (even better than in the photos)! We had an excellent holiday!!

the housekeepers are loves, they have helped us in everything we need. when we arrived we had the surprise that from only 1 bathroom has hot water, the other two do not work (only ice water) and one of them is the one that has bathtub. The jacuzzi does not work either, and from what we have heard, for a long time. the lake does not exist, it dried, we were upset because we had even taken fishing rod. In the description it says it is 1.5km of dirt, but it is 4.5km of dirt road. the house is beautiful, comfortable, the surrounding landscape is beautiful too.

The refuge from the cuesta is great for having a moment of peace with family and maintaining privacy. The fact that the 5 bedrooms are en-suites makes it much easier. spacious kitchen and very well equipped house. Luiz is a top notch host

We were very pleased with the stay! Spacious, quiet environment, organized rooms with impeccable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, large table. The perfect place to accommodate everyone comfortably. Rogério left a volleyball net and mounted balls, which also ensured fun. It left a gallon of 20L of water. Town you need to get organized for filtered water or other items depending on the number of people and days of stay, so you don't have to leave. It has a winery about 10min. We liked it very much, we were pleased and we would definitely come back.

The Site/House is exactly as it is in the description and photos. The place is quiet, has privacy, is very well equipped and has good amenities. Be aware that there is no internet and clular signal is weak, as it is described. Renata was wonderful. It was flexible in time of entry, as well as trying to help with the delay we had due to traffic. We were super comfortable, showed us everything about the property and gave tips of the region and city that were valuable. Besides, it left pampering for us. The cleaning of the place was impeccable and everything worked perfectly. Definitely a super host.

The place is wonderful! The place is so beautiful, incredible landscapes, you don't even want to leave! Spacious and cozy rooms, it has all the necessary requirements for an unforgettable stay! Renato is super helpful and so is Max. I'll be back for sure. Highly recommended!

Chácara with an amazing landscape, suitable place for those looking for rest. Priscila is a great host, she replied promptly. The place was clean and organized. On hot days,the two fans of the house stand well,as it is surrounded by woods, the house is very cool at night.

The stay was great, the only problem we had is that the awning to protect the gourmet area from the rain didn't fix very well on the ground, and the internet was slow… but as it rained little we didn't have so much trouble with it! We made good use of the house and was compatible with the listing.

Priscila and her house are amazing, me and my family we feel at home, always willing and kind, responded quickly and gave all the support I needed, a fully equipped house, quiet place, not to mention that I have a pet and I could make her super comfortable in the house! Super attentive, always available, provided several tips. Reception surprised us with mimes: water coconut and wine! In addition to tea and coffee capsules! It's the most beautiful country house I've ever seen! In addition to the perfect view, the home itself is extremely comfortable, well-equipped, clean, beautiful. Andreia (house clerk) was essential to our stay, always willing to help us with anything. Raquel always asks a lot and giving the necessary information about the house. Unico would be access, because as it rained a lot, the dirt road was sometimes difficult to make traffic. But that would never stop me from hosting it again. Inclusive, I want to come back! Very cute place! It was surprising, a lot of space, all very clean and organized, we had a pleasant time!

Very nice place to stay, well tidy farm and well connected to nature. The city is very small, so the ideal is to take everything we need as we did. It is the ideal place to totally disconnect from the rhythm of the city, being able to enjoy a swimming pool, having a barbecue, food on a wood-burning stove, or picking up a fruit from a tree. I recommend to those who want peace and quiet.

Beautiful place, to see the sleeping giant and the three stones. Tasty Pool, the house was smaller than it looked in the picture but it behaved very well at us 12. Safe, quiet. The host was always willing to fulfill our requests.

Roberto was extremely kind and flexible regarding check-in and check-out. He contacted me prior to our departure and made himself available at all times to solve any kind of problem. He sent very useful information. The house is large and the space is very tasty. We only miss a bit of maintenance because I use a lot of things end up wearing out. But it was very cool!

the place is beautiful, wonderful a paradise. Mr. Marcelo and his wife very attentive, the only observation would be in relation to the road to my type of car I found a little complicated, but nothing that would spoil the magic of the place, just take enough supplies so you don't have to get up and down all right.

Tranquilidade, comfort and lots of peace. This is the recipe for this special location in Botucatu. The Thales and Edna estate is secluded in the “middle” of Cuesta and without any apparent neighbor. The beautiful view and the silence prevail. The location has excellent infrastructure. The large outdoor area will take up a good part of its time, with several tables, a barbecue and the pool. The kitchen has several utensils, a great freezer and a good oven! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the guests were very well accommodated. We had the opportunity to get super clean and conserved bedding. The decor makes it clear that there is a place with life and history. Do not hesitate to rent this place for special moments. I'm already getting ready to make another reservation and organize a junina family party. Note: To be welcomed by Edna with a hot coffee and a delicious chocolate cake has already made it clear that the days of my lodging would be very good!
