Very cozy apartment. Comfortable and quiet with everything you need. 3 beautiful bedrooms. Two showers, very nice for 5 people. On the 3rd floor without elevator. Lively, central neighborhood. Easy exchanges and communication. We recommend it. Perfect for a stay in Nantes!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pascals beautiful apartment. The design and furnishings were fantastic and we felt so happy and comfortable there. The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and very much appreciated and Pascal was very helpful with places to eat and explore during our visit. I spent one night at Laure's studio. The accommodation is well arranged, there is everything at your disposal to have a pleasant stay. Communication and instructions are clear and accurate. The bedding is of good quality. The little plus: a bottle of apple juice to welcome you. I recommend it.

Pierre-Emmanuel's apartment offers very good value for money. The garden room in a small street is extremely quiet. Very clean apartment. The amenities are all new and functional. Effective for business trips, for example.

Very good stay to go to Puy du Fou. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. The only downside is the size of the bed for two people (you don't have to be tall or strong), but the rest is great!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment centrally located in Nantes. Large space beautifully decorated. High ceilings and bright large windows throughout. Spacious. Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The place was so comfortable in every way for our small group. The location provides easy walking to many wonderful restaurants as well as access to public transportation. If arriving late make sure to get clear instructions on retrieval of keys as host is not on site.

Clarisse's accommodation is perfect and in line with the photos in every way! Very clean, well furnished, and really pleasant to live in. We immediately felt at ease there. The welcome was warm and the communication easy and responsive. I would recommend it without hesitation and would definitely stay again!

Guy - Pierre's apartment in Nantes was quite a cozy place, with a street level entry leading to the bedroom, shower and toilet. Another staircase inside leads to the upstairs kitchen and living room. However, the main floor has a low ceiling and feels a bit damp, especially after showers. The apartment is well equipped and the host provided ample basic care items, including clothes detergent, which is often not supplied for the washers in Europe. Some hand towels for the washroom would have been appreciated. We enjoyed being close to bakeries, restaurants, cafes and grocery shops, all within a stone's throw of the apartment. A good find for Nantes.

Brand new accommodation, super clean and very functional, don't be fooled by the outside, the clothes don't make the man. 😉

Impeccable, clean and very cozy accommodation. Audrey welcomed us with a lot of kindness and attention — from the delicious breakfast to the bottle of rosé, everything was perfect. The jacuzzi is absolutely amazing! It's a shame the weather wasn't great, but we still enjoyed it.
