Holiday rentals with a patio in Boulder City

Super easy all around, especially parking which was a breeze. It was 107 degrees while I was here for work but the apartment stayed nice and cool. I hope to never come to Las Vegas again lol but if I did, I would stay here.

Our stay with Christine was lovely -- the space looked exactly like the images, and was clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the extra linens, blankets, and pillows made our time at Loft 215 very comfortable. The space was a great space to come back to after a day out exploring! Plus, Christine was also very clear and prompt with all communications, making the check-in and check-out process easy.

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

I enjoyed staying at Karen’s. My boyfriend and I went over there for a basketball tournament. It was close to the basketball center. I enjoyed the house it was very clean and fresh. I was able to bring my dog because the yard is separate. I would definitely come back and I would recommend staying here. Karen was kind and replied to my messages quickly.

We booked this place in the very last minute so we weren’t expecting anything. But Conway’s place is so much better than what we expected - it’s cozy, clean, at a great location (10-15 minutes drive from the strip), and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we ever come to vegas.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

I had a great stay overall. The place was clean, quiet, and just as described. Check-in was smooth, and Ricardo was responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this spot to others looking for a relaxing and family fun stay.

Second time staying here and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. Very beautiful place to stay , with a chill vibe and a very friendly helpful host. 0 complaints! Being able to come back to a place as nice as this after a day out in Vegas is truly a treat!

What a pleasant surprise the home we stayed in was beyond what we expected. It was absolutely beautifully cleaned such elegant comfortable furnishings, wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, backyard, and swimming pool. There were bunny rabbits and birds and hummingbirds. It was close to Lake Mead and Boulder City. It was an absolutely wonderful place to stay, very quiet peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

10/10. Would recommend. Looooved this house for our family trip to the Vegas area. Had 2 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room inside and out. Only 15-20 min drive from the strip. 35 minutes to Hoover Dam. Had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Towels, including separate towels to use in the pool. Nice having a living room with seating for everybody. Located near lots of stores and restaurants. We were able to have groceries delivered and have same-day amazon delivered when we needed to purchase something. Only downside was hot tub not getting warm while we were there. I didn't ask about it until the second to last day though, so my fault. Even though our trip was in June, I wish we would have paid to have the pool heated. Was fine as-is for the kids, but I'm a wimp.

Perfect house for our family of 8. Every one had their own rooms and space to spread out. It was 100+ degrees so the pool was essential. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do on the strip and downtown. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Host was awesome! Very helpful and responsive. Sent us incredible donuts! Would stay again when in Vegas!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming home in Henderson, Nevada! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made our trip truly special. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was nothing short of amazing! Their communication was incredibly quick and helpful, promptly addressing any questions we had with warmth and professionalism. The thoughtful touches throughout the home, like the kitchen well-stocked with dishes and all the essentials you’d need, made our stay even more enjoyable. We were curious if there was a Keurig to use our favorite coffee, and we were delighted to find both a single-serve Keurig and a traditional coffee pot available, with coffee provided! We had a perfect stay while attending a conference at the MGM. Everything was smooth from booking to check-in and throughout our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and our hosts were communicative and helpful.

The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view of Vegas, clean amenities, hot water, and cool AC! Khalida was very responsive and met all our needs will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Sherman’s place was clean, cozy, and roomy for our group of 3 + 1 pet. Unit looked just like the pictures. Community was quiet, safe, and conveniently close to the strip. We appreciated the 24/7 security, abundant free parking, central AC, and grassy areas for dogs. Sherman was also kind, flexible, and responsive as a host!

Everything was perfect from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out. Irene was very responsive and extremely friendly. The staff at the location were helpful and very personable. The suite was beautiful. The view was amazing. Everything in person looked exactly like the photos. The room was very clean. There were so many amenities in the room, it made you feel at home. I would 100% recommend staying here!
