Au sein d'un ancien corps de ferme réhabilité, idéalement situé entre Guédelon et Saint-Fargeau, tout proche du lac du Bourdon, ce logement paisible vous offrira un cadre de détente pour toute la famille. Le lieu possède un large extérieur arboré qui vous laissera vous dégourdir les jambes. Une petite marre an fond du terrain complète le tableau. Le logement se compose d'une entrée avec placard, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle d'eau ainsi que d'une grande pièce à vivre en 2parties.

Logement indépendant entièrement rénové à neuf niché entre vignes et forêts. Départ des promenades dans les vignes et forêts au pied du gîte. Maison idéalement située dans un village viticole (18) au cœur du Sancerrois à 5kms de l'itinéraire de la Loire à vélo. Église du village classée monument historique. Visite des domaines viticoles avec dégutation à 200 mètres du gîte. Un branchement pour voiture électrique /hybride est disponible sur demande et moyennant participation de 10€ par jour.

Guedelon Castle 35 minutes away... make a stop at the Briare Canal or enjoy the panoramic view of Sancerre 40 minutes away... The Loire by bike is 10 minutes from the chalet.

In the South of Loiret, Karinne and Patrick welcome you in the former Intendant’s lodging of the Vaizerie Castle. You have an own garden with terrace in the shade of a wisteria. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. An organic garden with aromatic plants and seasonal vegetables is also reserved for the cottage. Among family or between friends, come to discover the flavors and the heritage of Giennois, High Berry and Pays Fort Sancerrois, near the Sologne region.

In the heart of the Berry countryside and 2 hours from Paris, the Cahute is less than 10 km from the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire and close to the Loire by bike. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...

Dating from 1550 and part of Châtillon-sur-Loire’s architectural heritage, it has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in the Loire Valley.
